Two years ago I went in complaining that companies have spotty inventories of wide shoes. They fitted me right up in a few minutes with 11.5 4 E shoes and off I went! Perfect fit, more choices if I were willing to order in other styles. Coming back in April, this time complaining of no choices in a high top shoe 4E. Tired of buying shoes an inch too long to get the width, like Bozo

Excellent 1 on 1 service. Scanned both feet to determine arch height. The gentleman was able to fit me for inserts to offer support to my very high arches and fit me for better walking shoes, which is beginning to improve all the pain I was having in my feet. First time ever purchasing New Balance Shoes. I highly encourage people to stop in and see for yourself what a huge difference this scanner and shoes will have on your feet.

The Greenville team was focused on our needs and gave me the best shoes for sure. I was just in Lowell, Mass for my 60th High School reunion and unfortunately did not have time to go to the headquarters and factory.I will never use any other product and have Golf shoes as well. Best

Came to this New Balance store are the recommendation of several colleagues. I’m glad I did! Cooper took excellent care of me; he measured me (the 3d scan is wild cool), and got me in perfect work shoes within mere minutes. Cooper was honest, knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly. His only concern was just getting me a good fitting comfortable shoe. And he excelled at his task. I will now only come here to buy shoes!

The times that I’ve visited the store, the associates are always so nice and helpful! I had a couple of returns today and while I hate returning items. I didn’t like the look of the shoes in my size once I got them home. I wish I would have gotten the associate name but he was so nice and helpful with the process. Thank you, I will return for more shoes and apparel! Great customer service, great atmosphere and a great vibe!

OUTSTANDING service. The employees are shoe people who understand the ins and outs of shoes to recommend a shoe and/or insole that fits your foot perfectly and provides ultimate support for your individual foot shape. Kayla, in particular, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional in helping my disabled mother get into the perfect shoe for her!

Best service I’ve had in recent memory. I walked in with an idea of what I wanted and within minutes I had exactly what I wanted and was confident in my purchase. Was assisted by cooper and he was extremely well informed and wasn’t grossed out by my extremely old insoles. Five stars.

Was a very nice shop. As soon as I walked in someone came over and asked me if I needed any help. I showed him a pair of shoes that I found online he said they had them in stock he went in the back and got them he also got me a pair of arch support insoles. It was a very good experience shopping there I would highly recommend going to this store if you like New Balance sneakers.

My husband and I went to this location to get him new shoes. Jeremiah was nothing short of amazing! I actually liked him so much that I returned with our daughters the following week to get them shoes for school and also bought myself a new pair. I love NB and after being properly fitted, I can tell the difference while at the gym. My youngest daughter is extremely difficult to shop for but she is extremely happy with her NB shoes too. We will definitely be back!

I love this store !!! Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They let me know if an “upgrade” for my favorite shoe is coming out. They have been great at sizing,. I also feel great when I support a family owned small business!!!! Y’all go support them 😊❤

Jeremiah was excellent. He got me fitted a few weeks ago for new work shoes. Went with the 990 because they had the narrow in stock and they fit the best, its a little more then I wanted to spend but is so worth it. wonderful shoe, all day wear is great, I'm on my feet a lot and I even opt to where these on weekends because they are so comfortable. Love that 990 is still made in America. if they stay that way ill be a customer for life.

Love my New Balance shoes, and love this store. This is a locally owned New Balance store and the customer service is really good. For example, I know which model/size I like, so I called them and placed the order for curb-side pick up. I also asked for different color shoe strings, and they confirmed availability and even installed them for me. Pick up was a breeze. I signed up for their free customer affinity program and have earned points and discounts. I've been buying shoes and workout gear here for several years and have never been disappointed.

I wasn't there for myself. I went with my mother in law looking for a good pair of tennis shoes. The assistant manager was SUPER! He took his time and genuinely seemed to care and was so very helpful. She walked out with a great pair of shoes and arch supports that fit her need. I just bought a new pair of shoes but I will definitely consider them for my next purchase.

Walked in and was immediately greeted by a friendly helpful associate, Jeremiah. They did not have the exact shoe I was looking for so they fitted me, gave me some options, then ordered a similar pair with no obligation to buy. Within 5 days, they called me to say my shoes were in. I love the shoes and the service was exceptional! New Balance Greenville is awesome!

Ladies, Al Bundy doesn't work at this store. If you want an amazing experience and don't mind spending a small fortune on your feet, this is the place to go.

My daughter has cerebral palsy and has this large brace on one foot, usually when go to a normal shoe store it can take me close to two hours to find anything. The salesman had clearly seen people with braces and disabilities. He was super helpful and kind, the pricing wasn't over the top. If you have unusual feet please go here. The people were super kind and hands on!

I had never been to the store before but once I walked in I was promptly seen. I had shoes that were very uncomfortable and when an employee here put new shoes on me, my feet felt instantly better. Your feet really will thank you! Jeremiah custom fit me and suggested some insoles. It made a world of difference. He took his time and was so much help. I was in and out with comfortable shoes in about 30 min. Can't say enough good things about this store. I recommend it to anyone who has sore feet or needs new shoes. The customer service is extraordinary and every retail store should take a page from these guys about how to do it. I'm not sure I've ever had better customer service before.

Absolutely amazing experience with the team. Great service, great selection, will order if needed, and the shoes are always some of the most comfortable I have ever owned.
My recent purchase was for safety shoes for work. The composite toe shoes are extremely comfortable and the insoles make everything 10x better. Having issues with my feet, these shoes give me the support I desperately needed.
