Thank you Rami & Steven for helping me port a number to T-Mobile today. I came in soon after they opened and they were able to help me transfer a line for AT&T to T mobile. I hope the cell service is as good as the store’s service; if it is I’ll be back to port 7 more lines over. Thanks again!

Yari, Jawhar, and Yusuf were all amazing staff members who answered all our questions thoroughly and honestly. They truly deserve recognition for their hard work. Vary nice people and we've been with T-Mobile for quite some time the people are nice and kind of join them we didn't have to give up our old phones from a previous phone company the have plans that can help everyone

I had a sprint t mobile conversion. I went 4 times due to complexity of our conversion. The service reps were very professional. Edgar, Sébastien, Hiram and Johnny waited on me. Another man also helped me on one trip but gave me wrong info. It didnt matter though cause their wifi was down that day. They handle any problem with such calm perseverance. I offered to buy them a starbucks card but they graciously declined. Don't use phone customer service is awful and absolutely no help.
Good job gentlemen. It wasn't just me that they handled so calmly. After 4 trips I had 5 hours of watching them.

I was going to change cell phone carriers since Sprint went with Teen Mobile. I had called a few times in the past and the young man that answered was very uninformed. I walked into the one by 2nd st. those young men were more interested in my car. I walked into the one on University Ave. and those young men in there told me I have to do everything myself, and they acted like they didnt want to be bothered. They even asked for my name first...weird. Now Hiram off Jamacha Rd. redeemed Teen mobile for me. He was really nice and very informative and extremely helpful. I wont go to Verizon now thanks to Hiram. Give that young man a fat raise. Thanks again and go to TMobile off Jamacha in Rancho S.D. It looks like they want to work there.

Albert was great to work with. We were able to consolidate three separate phone bills into one family account, pick new phones for my mom and dad, and migrate their data. He was attentive, responsive, and helped us throughout the process.

I would highly recommend him and strongly urge T-mobile to promote him.

This store is great! The staff is very friendly and willing to assist you with anything you need. If you come in for an upgrade or to switch over to sprint see Armando! He is patient and very knowledgeable on all products and services.

I have been to this sprint store plenty of times and they are always a great help. They have great customer service and the staff is very helpful and friendly. No matter what the issue is they always end up solving the problem with out making it very difficult. Great store!
