AT&T Store

Jasmine is absolutely outstanding. Her knowledge of the products and the services AT&T has to offer was impressive. She had no issues reaching to inquire about questions I had. Although the hour was much past her time to leave, she patiently stayed with me to answer questions I had. Not at one point did she express any concern that she was late or had to leave; a true definition of Customer Service. Her smile and professionalism is one that should be modeled.

We came in to switch my service from another carrier to be put on my husband's plan with AT&T. We received a very friendly greeting as soon as we walked in the door and were asked how we could be helped. We didn't even have to wait 5 minutes before Raquel was helping us make the changes. I hope this type of service continues. Thank you very much.

The sales rep Francisco was so helpful and went far beyond my expectations in helping me and his manager Sean as well! I am extremely satisfied with both of their customer service, willingness to help and overall customer experience.

I had the pleasure of getting help from Eboni whom is very nice and helpful and Jasmine who was really awesome. She took her time explaining things, looked for the best deals, and is very knowledgeable about her job (these phones) and how they worked. She made you feel like you knew her personally. Very pleasant young lady. Both young ladies made me feel very comfortable with my choice of phone.

On 8/3/2023 I called the store and spoke to Melissa V. She was wonderful to deal with she helped me figure out which would be the best Hotspot for my needs. I came in during my lunch hour to purchase the Hotspot. I asked for Melissa and she was busy with another customer at that time. I patiently waited for her to be able to help me but in the meantime I observed her interaction with the other customer, the main reason is I have been in retail management for years so it is very nice to observe someone give exceptional customer service. Melissa finished up with her other customer and then came over to help me. She was very informative and helped make sure I left a happy customer. To be honest if I was still in retail management Melissa V is the type of employee I would want on my team. If she is not a member of you management team she should definitely be or in a training position. She was simply amazing your company should be proud to have her working for you and should make sure you do whatever it takes to keep her. Thank you for you help Melissa V I will definitely comeback as long as you are there providing you amazing customer service. If I could give Melissa V 10 stars I would.

I would like to start off by saying thank you to the awesome sales rep Xitlalli who did an amazing job with helping me, yesterday was my first time ever joining AT&T and she was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about helping me. I was able to walk away with my new iPhone 14 pro max (gold edition). She took the time to not only ask questions but answer any and all questions I had for her. It was a great experience and I’m very lucky and happy I choose that location
(5100 capital Blvd, unit 100, Raleigh, NC) she deserves a raise for the outstanding work she does and I’m giving her a 5/5, 5star rating!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Manager Ash is amazing! I was able to get a quick tech tutorial before traveling and she made it easy to understand the functions on my phone. Thank you Ash! And thank you Sean - Manager of the Manager (smile)!

I had a great experience with Lou! He really helped me through it all❤..I needed a new phone and it took a while. But he was very patient and helped me after the store closed. Him and his colleague stayed back until I Got my problem resolved.

Francisco was GREAT! I came in with a shattered phone and he explained all of my options to me very thoroughly and answered any questions I had. He informed me on any promotions and deals I was or could have been eligible for. He was patient and not pushy at all. I left with a new phone as well as a new watch thanks to him ! My experience at this location was great and I had to acknowledge it. Thank you again Francisco!

Francisco helped me after my SIM card got messed up and then a fraud alert was put on my phone accidentally by an employee at another AT&T location. He was very professional and prompt and got the problem fixed fast. Thanks so much, Francisco!

Raquel and ash were amazing and helpful Raquel took the time to answer all my questions and made sure i was taken care of the entire time I was there

Jason was very quick to attend to the reasons for my visit. He carefully explained the services and answered all my questions sufficiently and clearly. I wish all store representatives can be as helpful as Jason was to me.

Melissa impressed me with the knowledge of your products. Not only did Melissa explain everything well she also showed me how to use the products and services. Everything was pretty much resolved for me. I appreciate the time, effort and patience Melissa provided for me.

Great experience at AT&T cellular at Spring Forest and Capital! Lou was patient, helpful and kind. He is a keeper and you leave feeling like you made a friend. A++++++ experience!

Manger was great came in for a new phone an he personally helped me through the whole set up of my new device and told me about a great deal going on with the iPads definitely go check them out

I had one of the best experiences that I’ve had in a long time. All the associates were so friendly, knowledgeable and professionally. The upwelling attempts were not aggressive but helpful, making it easy to understand why and what products I needed. I’d like to say thank you to all associates that were working Saturday 12/3/2022
