Will Lee, Mobile Expert, at Store 9362 was my angel today! He was patient, kind, knowledgeable & professional. Will helped correct a billing issue, but more importantly he helped make sure my daughter who’s studying abroad will now have access to data while not on wifi!! His help made my momma heart rest a little easier today!

Jedidja was amazing very professional very personable. Went above and beyond to help me. His co-workers Elianis and Steven were amazing as well they all worked together to help me overall experience. 2,000/10

I drove to this T-Mobile location from Durham because they had the best reviews for customer service in the area, and wow did they deliver! Genesis was spectacular, as was manager Rob, in helping me figure out my new plan for going overseas to Spain. Super friendly, knowledgable and professional, and exemplified what excellent customer service is all about. Very highly recommended!

Will and Genesis was great representatives. Will did everything in his power to make sure I had everything I needed. He me every since one of my needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He will make you whole day.

I was dreading heading there this morning because I knew upgrading my phone was going to be a headache, like it has been in the past. However, Martez was not only pleasant but made it super easy for me. Rachel was also very nice and I appreciate their help, professionalism, and how quickly I was in and out.

I dealt with Rachel at this location and I appreciate the time she spent with me and my friend to, first off all, get me the phone I wanted at the best deal for me, 2nd after the sale, she is still working with me to accommodate my requests. She is knowledgeable about the products and promotions and got me a great deal for me and my mother. This is just one of the reasons why I’ve been with T-Mobile for 5, going on, 6 years! We could not be happier with the customer service from this T Mobile store, specifically from Ronnie. We had a lot of issues with getting our phone unlocked from a previous carrier, and Ronnie was super helpful every step of the way. He even gave us his personal number so we could be in touch after hours and followed up with us to check on progress days later. We would definitely recommend this T Mobile store based on our experience with Ronnie!

Alan and Ethan are awesome! We tried to get things set up over the phone but were on constant holds. So we decided to come into the store instead. Alan took great care of us and made sure everything was set up the way we wanted it. He dealt with customer service for us and figured everything out. Left happy and will be back for sure

Because my husband is visually impaired and I'm technology impaired we needed lots of help setting up his new phone. We were blessed to have Franco help us last Friday! He was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. Employees like Franco is the main reason we have been a T-mobile customer for 18 years.

Went to the store with little hope of a refund for a defective screen protector (I had let many months go by --my bad). Not only did I get the refund, but the manager (Ethan) took it upon itself to check my account and I walked out of there with a better and cheaper phone plan for my family! Couldn't be more pleased.

Many thanks to Franco and Martez for their gracious, respectful and patient help with my many questions about a new phone (my first smart phone). This involved two store visits with each of them over nearly four months (July - Nov 2019). This ongoing customer support is great!

More recently (early Jan 2021), I urgently needed help with a phone problem. The team again was quite helpful - - assessing issues, arranging a warranty replacement phone, transferring data from old phone to replacement phone, and addressing my many questions.

Also, Covid precautions were well done, which for me is a BIG PLUS!

I've never ridden in a stretch limousine, with a cocktail bar, leather seats and tinted windows. But thanks to Alan (store associate), I never have to wonder what feeling important is like. It was amazing to have someone know all the answers, do all the work and look out for you the way he helped me and my family jump to TMobile.

Ronnie was the best! He helped us out and had tons of knowledge about the different phones we were looking at. I would highly recommend him and his expertise. Plus, he was very funny and sweet!

Person came out to help me in 3 minutes or less. She fix the problem. She explained to me why I service was having problems merging with another company.
