The staff are always brilliant. Knowledgable, super friendly, and make the experience worth while and really fun.

I first went here about 20 years ago as a kid on holiday with my family. The experience and service back then stuck with me so that I have been twice as an adult. Not the closest store to the U.K. but when I’m in the neighbourhood I love to stop in! Thank you all for making my trips to Orlando memorable and also for all the quality merch over the years. Can’t wait to go back, but with little ones of my own in tow next time.

Amazing place. We stopped in randomly and found a pair of boots that I love! The customer service was out of this world amazing! All of the employees were friendly & helped in every way they could! Definitely recommend

Way out West is a great store if you’re looking for western wear. We were looking for a pair of boots and were pleasantly surprised with the selection in the store.
The staff is very helpful and extremely friendly.
My daughter was deciding between two pairs and the staff helped her make the decision.
She loves her new boots!
The store is packed full and has a large selection of boots, clothing, accessories, hats, etc.

What a wonderful experience a visit to this great store was today.. I went to find a pair of boots and left with three pairs and a huge smile! The variations of styles was just fabulous. The prices were great but best of all was the top level friendly and helpful service. See you in Connecticut some day !

By far the most amazing customer service I have ever experienced. Walker, the owner, and Lexi gave me the most undivided attention. Got new boots and and leather had. They ran it through the steamer and made then fits perfectly. Amazing!!

My wife loved the matching pendant and ear rings I bought her for Christmas.

Really cool place for Western Wear had really good Black Friday deals and they offer you beer while you shop around can't beat that! On top of that the staff was very friendly!

What an amazing place. I went in for a belt for me and one for my brother. We came out with clothes, jewelry and boots for our little one. Could have spent a fortune here. The staff were so helpful and friendly, I couldn't ask for more, if it wasn't my last day over here I'd be back!
