When we arrived at the store, we ask a salesman named Chase where L
Shape sectionals were. He took us right to the exact location for that and was very professional,knowledgeable,friendly, informative and didn’t try to push us into something we didn’t want. Extremely helpful man. We will tell others of him.
On the way out the store manager thanked us for coming
in on a rainy day and asked if Chase helped us, we definitely praised him. A great experience.

Ashley furniture has good quality furniture and great sales representatives. I was kindly greeted and assisted by Alfredo Espinoza, who helped me find a decent priced mattress and sofa. He assisted in ways most Sale Reps do not. He was understanding, knew prices of all furniture in the store and knew what to show me when I informed him what I was looking for along with the price range. Great experience.

We had such a great experience the manager Angel and the associate Andres were absolutely wonderful! The service was amazing they were so attentive and listened to every request and were able to answer every question we had regarding the furniture and warranties. Great location, many choices to choose from. I would definitely recommend coming and checking them out. They also have other furnishings. Alfredo was super helpful and a pleasure to work with. He was patient and attentive to us with all his knowledge of products. Thank you Ashley and team.

I came here kind of helpless because I had gotten an Amazon purchase delivered to me and it was broken, unfortunately I had already thrown out my couch to make room but luckily when I came to Ashley Furniture, I was presented to the manager who then presented me to Fred E.! He was so helpful in helping me find EXACTLY what I was looking for and I’m so grateful that I came in person even though the weather was not too nice. I will be back to look for more items for my home and the quality of the customer service was impeccable! Thank you Fred, we appreciate your time and service.

Great experience, Daniel and Tyler were both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Walked out having ordered everything we wanted and needed! Even though their job is to sell us furniture, it still felt like they really had our best interests in mind. Appreciated how much work they both put in for us!

Dally was amazing. Excellent customer service. We came in last month and she gave us excellent service in person and just today I called her and ordered a sofa over the phone. She made the entire process very simple. She was fast and efficient. Would definitely recommend her and will be going back for any of our future needs.

My husband and I have purchased furniture here a couple times now. The customer service is always wonderful and everyone is very friendly and helpful. Dally helped us out today getting a new bed for our son, and it was once again a wonderful experience. She’s polite and personable and made it a seamless experience

I had a great experience at the El Cajon branch. Mr. Alfredo Espinoza was patient with my family and was not pushy. We walked away very happy with our selection. We will definitely bring our business back to this location..

I was looking for a specific piece of furniture and I was able to look around without a salesperson immediately approaching me. When ready I was put in contact with a salesman, Alfredo. He was very helpful, professional and personable. He ordered what I wanted. I do think the delivery and setup charges are high. Overall, a good experience.

The attention to detail at the store is amazing. As soon as I walked I was greeted by Blake Johnson who asked me what I was looking for and started walking me through the options that I might be interested in. I mentioned that I was only looking around and wasn’t ready to purchase anything but wanted to get informed. Blake was enthusiastic, very knowledgeable of all the products and I didn't feel like he was pushing for a sale. I really liked that. As I was looking at the sofas, bedroom sets, and mattresses, Blake kept recording the stuff I liked. In the end I got an email that contained all of the items I liked so that I could reference it in the future.

That happened in November. I came back a few days ago to purchase some of the items I really liked!! I would definitely recommend Ashley’s Home Furniture to anyone looking to purchase stuff for their home!!

Came in the store to look around and was immediately greeted by an awesome sales man Robert who helped me around the store showing me different items but was never pushy. He went over every detail with me so I fully understood the pricing and was comfortable with the numbers. I would highly recommend this store. The quality of the items for the price as well as the outstanding customer service will have me coming back and referring people to them. Thank you Robert for your help today!

I was helped by Andres Santacruz. I usually have bad experiences with sales people. However, Andres was not pushy at all and was extremely helpful . Also, he was genuinely nice. He answered all of my questions and was around for when I needed help with anything. Thank you some much Andres!

Chase was an amazing sales agent he helped out with all things I needed. For almost a full living room and bedroom set. Was swift and educated on all sales and opportunities I can use for my furnishing needs.

We were greeted warmly by Carolina when we walked in. We did not need assistance right away and so we went to look for bed frames.
When we finally had a question, Carolina was talking to other clients. We were lucky to be linked up with Cali (unsure on spelling). She was wonderful. We explained we were trying to match a set we had at home but hadn’t gotten from the actual Ashley store. We described it and she found the set online!!! Once we had the color scheme, Cali showed us what was available that was closest to what we have at home. She was friendly and very helpful. We were so glad she ended up helping! Thank you!

Excellent selection and quality but most important I got to work with Dally. She went the extra mile for me and helped me make the best decisions. I chose my living room set from Ashley because of her kindness and service!!

Just bought a tempur mattress and Blake was an exceptional sales associate to work with. Super professional and made the purchase
