DXL Big + Tall

This is always a nice, organized, well-stocked store. The young lady that helped me on this visit, Marie, was very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Always a pleasant experience, even for someone that hates shopping for clothes.

Staff here is amazing they make it a point to know their customers and treat you like family always helpful I enjoy shopping here.

I've been shopping at the El Cajon store for years. Theresa and Maria have taken such great care of me when it comes to shopping for clothes. I have no clue and they make me feel comfortable and relaxed. I always get compliments with the styles and colors that they have taught me go best with hair , skin etc. Very professional , fun and knowledgeable. Thank you ladies !!!

We just had a great time at this location after having a bad experience at men's wearhouse. Katherine was incredibly helpful and took the time to make sure everything fit perfectly and that we were happy with everything. Highly recommend!

Staff at the El Cajon location are excellent and treat me like extended family. They helped my mother and sister pick out a gift without my knowledge and go above the average customer service experience by being helpful. I’ve quickly become a regular here. Highly recommend going in and joining the dxl club thing. Once you get sized up they know what to look for and it becomes a hassle free experience.

I had problems with something I had purchased a few days ago. I brought it back and the person on duty was very helpful in my exchanging that item for something more suitable. she even told me if I had anymore problems to come back in and we'd try something else.
I had to return those items also. They were socks. i thought since they were up to size 16 there would be some give in the ankles. no, they cut my circulation off & had to be returned. the ladies were very understanding and helpful. Thank you DXL! (They deserve a raise!)

This is the 3rd time you've asked me this question.

Although DXL didn't have my size in stock, they were able to order the pants I was looking for online, which I was not able to do myself before visiting the store. I received the pants as expected, so it was a successful visit. Hoping the long shorts I like will be available in season.

DXL is the best for big and tall men's clothing

I really appreciate this store. They keep a fairly good stock of inventory, and their service is impeccable. I went in just the other day looking for a business shirt that fit. The representatives worked together and did their best to find me something in store. I'm fairly tall, and not easy to fit into a long sleeve shirt. Ultimately, they did not have anything in stock. However, they were able to find a suitable shirt through their online ordering system. They were able to order my shirt in house, and have it shipped to my door inside of three days. Thank you for the fantastic service.

Great people work there. Best place to go if your a bigger / taller dude. Sale assosstiates know and can easily dress you if you need help with anything. You will not feel bad coming here. You'll feel a lot more happier that they have bigger sizes that fit you !:). Coming from a bigger dude who's 6 foot 7!.

I really enjoyed shopping at DXL(Johnson Street). Teresa was very nice and helpful to me choosing colors. I'm color blind and she will stop whatever she's doing and help me in this manner. Cheerful and takes pride in her store and it shows! Thank you.

I'm a t-shirt and tennis shoes retired fella who doesn't go many places. I'm finding myself having to prepare to attend a wedding in a no tie casual attire outfit. As a big body person, I can't just go to the local clothing store and buy, so, I found a DXL store in El Cajon. I can not say enough about Nathan's assistance in providing outstanding service and some of the best professional customer service I've seen in a very long time. If you're big or tall it's the only place to go in East County. The selection is good and if they don't have something you want you can order it from the catalog there and not have to pay any type of shipping charges oh, you just go back and pick it up when it arrives. I'm constantly receiving emails and mailings wish discount coupons. This location started years ago as eagleson's, then turned into Casual Male and now is named DXL. I love the selection the fit is great. I still wish that they had a tailor on site to hem pants and such

My experience shopping at the DXL El Cajon store was nothing short of AWESOME.
Jake was so very helpful and enthusiastic in helping me find the right suit and fit for my upcoming wedding. Great store, great selection and I will definitely be shopping there again.

If your a big guy and have some money to spend(the place is a little pricey) it's worth stopping by they have everything from t shirts to polos, and dress clothes. I bought some drawers, socks, a polo shirt and 2 pairs of shorts came to about 250. So like I said alittle pricey. But your definitely getting your money worth for the quality. I will definitely be shopping there again

Peggy, the manager is so helpful. The store is well laid out. Easy to find items you need from bathing suits to formal wear. Clothes are good quality. You can purchase on line and pick up free shipping to the store.

Amazing customer service, forgot the nice ladies name who worked the closing shift, but she went beyond her duties to give me advice and her impression of my outfit after i was trying different things on... will be returning again from this experience
