Lemme just start off with the 5 stars go to Karime and not the other lady who works there when karime is not available. So my bill was due on the 18th of this month and I had been so busy thru the week I honestly had forgotten to make my payment. As I had just paid my other phone bill i literally straight up forgot to pay my cricket bill. So on the 19th I visit this location. Hoping to be assisted by karime but she was off that day. Instead I got the other chick with glasses and a bad attitude. Upon entering the store she was sitting in the chairs at the table in the middle of the store watching tik tok. I told her I just needed to make a bridge pay. She then proceeded to tell me that since I didn’t make my payment on it’s due date or make a bridge payment before my phone was cut off that I was going to have to pay the whole 73.00 to turn my phone back on. And that it was impossible to make a bridge payment. She noticed the large sum of money I had in hand and just assumed that since I had the money(which I could’ve paid the whole bill. But I had other things to handle like first month and deposit at this apartment) I should pay the bill. She was very rude on top of that so I just left the store. Today I get a text from cricket saying that I’m able to make a bridge pay even after my phone was suspended. Which I did. But my thing is. Why lie and tell me I can’t make the payment when clearly I was able too. Worse customer service ever. But karime. Is the best. That’s all.

Stopped here out of the blue with questions about our Cricket Wireless features and had the pleasure of meeting Michelle. Although we didn't spend additional money at this particular store, she was super friendly, professional and helpful. It's sad to say, but these are rare qualities in customer service professionals in this day and age. With that being said, Michelle stepped up to the plate and showed my fiance and I how to do several different things with our smart phones that we were not sure how to do (we're a little older so our technological knowledge is still a work in progress....lol). We're already a big fan of Cricket Wireless' service, and Michelle's superior customer service and awesome personality, just made everything that much better! If your in the area please do patronize this Cricket Wireless store.

Nice, friendly people, they helped me pick a new Samsung galaxy phone, and didn't try and talk me into buying a bunch of extra stuff, and didn't try to sell me the best, most expensive phone and products in the store. Cricket is an amazing company with great coverage, I would reccomend them to anyone. $55 month unlimited everything, $50 month with autopay setup. Gets even cheaper whenever you add more lines. Go check them out!!

They were professional and showed us a variety of options with which we could make our own choice. The service has worked well no matter what our location. I even used my phone and this service in Mexico with no problem. If there is a problem using the phone, they are quick to point out what the issue is and resolve it.

The counter person was very helpful and polite. I’ve used Cricket for about 15 years love the price and the no contract.
