Super clean and very organized store with lots to offer. One of the nicest stores in Lexington. Staff was super friendly.

This is one of the best Krogers in the area with the most variety of products. Usually I have a wide range of items on my grocery list and I am able to get all of them at this Kroger. At some of the other ones, it is very hit or miss on whether they even sell the items or brands I am looking for. Plus the layout seems to make the most sense, some of the others are a bit weird and I feel like I have to keep running back and forth.

Want to give a huge shout out to Matt in the cheese department! He saw my friend and I checking out their products and came around the corner to answer our questions. Matt gave us some wonderful recommendations and had an adept knowledge of the various types of cheeses. He explained their key notes, origins, and ways to prepare/food that complimented the items we were interested in. 10/10 thanks Matt!!

Very krogery, as far as krogers go. Never had a problem with the employees or gas pumps.

Very clean and friendly please to shop and was really easy to find what I was looking for or available substitute items.

Kroger is now and has always been my go-to grocery store and only one truly as long as there's one around. Now, especially with the expansion into clothing and becoming more departmental, yet still keeping focus in its grocery business, which built it.

This is one of my favorite Kroger stores to shop at they have food, clothing, shoes, and a wide variety of makeup as well.. overall the I would say the employees are friendly however the security guard that works nights is kind of weird.. but other than that this is a pretty decent Kroger's to shop at.! I also like the Beaumont Center Kroger's as well.! I would say that this one is probably cleaner than the one on Richmond Road but they both pretty much have the same variety of merchandise in both places
💓~BTW~ 💓the blue flashing lights in the parking lot are police monitored cameras.! So just be advised.! 🤣LOL🤣 there is always someone watching.!🤣

Very nice concept of a store. Gives Walmart a run its money.

Love a Kroger marketplace! You can find anything you need here Love the “Dip” brand clothes. 😁and grab a Starbucks while you’re at it.

Very clean and the largest variety of produce in the Lexington area

Originally I didn’t like this store based primarily on the staff at the service desk. They were rude, rushed and very unfriendly!!! It’s changed somewhat as it seems the supervisor was fired or left the position. Hopefully he didn’t leave his “mark” on the other employees he trained and supervised!!
I now shop at Kroger.COM and Instacart therefore have no interaction with the service desk employees but felt the need to warn others of this possible problem!!

Love shopping here been shopping here since 2009.

I shop here in 3 to 4 times a week. Coming here is not a chore but rather a positive experience that I look forward to. The selection is always good and there are always nice sales. Throughout the hundreds of times I've been here I have not had one negative experience with anyone who works here. Everyone seems to enjoy their job and goes out of their way to be helpful.

Super friendly staff and some good deals on groceries.

I didn’t catch the employee’s name but I called the floral department this morning around 9 am to order balloons for a birthday party. She made sure to check they had the balloons I want and asked if I was using them as a backdrop so she could ensure the balloons were the same height. I was made aware of any extra cost like weights. Especially on a snowy day this made my life easier!
