I recently had the occasion to use this Postalcenter to mail numerous holiday packages to multiple locations. It was great how the service team member went out of his way to check on what was the most economical means that would still meet my deadline. I have used this Postalcenter many times and it remains my site of choice whenever I have mailing to accomplish. Great customer service!

you may save a few pennies some where else but this team will take care of you and they stand behind their service, if they make a mistake they fix it. you cant pay for trust.

This is a dream !! I mailed useless things all over the globe and they pack it for me and make it sooooo easy !!!!

I might have been a little behind schedule if that’s what you want to call it, But the Gentleman behind the door unlocked it and helped me get my package out in a timely fashion.. I am completely relieved and it’s just a loud loud example of people still trying to extend a helping hand to those in need..

Great experience and location. I went to the UPS store down the street before and they tried charging me $80… I picked up my stuff and came right here to the postal center and they only charged me $15 and it was shipped via UPS. From now on I’ll only ship from here. The staff is always so helpful too

I moved away and anytime I had to ship stuff I vocally missed this place. These guys do everything, are super friendly, and not pushy. You occasionally get stuck in lines here, but you'll get that possibility at any shipping place. Copy and printing services are also available, as well as mail box service. Way cheaper than "the ups store" across town, and they still offer ups pickup and shipping.

This is the best shipping store around. So nice and they tape for you if necessary. Very efficient all around. Not sure what the other reviewer was talking about with lines because there are never lines when I go.

Every time I've needed something - shipping, printing, packing - over the last 10 years the customer service has been great. When so many other businesses these days seem too eager to tell you what they can't do for you, this place is the exact opposite. They still can do whatever you need from this type of operation and always do it gladly.

Yesterday I called to say I had a 40 pound package I needed to return to Wayfair and I had a prepaid label. Based on two recent experiences at UPS stores in Walpole and Franklin, I was afraid they would say they couldn't take it because the shipping and packaging was already done/prepaid (therefore, I believe, no opportunity this time to generate income) - or that it was too heavy or something. Instead the gentleman said pleasantly, sure, bring it on in; if you need some help, park outside the door and we'll bring it in for you. True to his word, he came right out when I arrived and the other gentleman working there held the door for us.

Will go out of my way to only go here from now on :)

Awesome friendly and extremely professional employees and service. I have never "waited in a line" and have been a customer for 5 years. Great place!

Have been a customer for many years and the staff is professional, helpful and make suggestions that offer efficiency. They also sponsor events to support the community such as food rices and toy drives.

Never waited in line, always see a friendly and smiling face behind the counter, fast service, are some of the reasons why I go there and not the postal office downtown where I know I will have to wait in line.

Awesome service! The gentleman who helped me went above and beyond. Much appreciated.
