wonderful service. Ryan was awesome and very patient with us. He is the only reason Verizon got business from us. We were not sure if we wanted to switch from AT&T but he was very patient and explained things. Thank you Ryan for wonderful service.

Ryan saved the day for us - we had been to the Milford store and when they attempted to transfer our info from old phones to new ones, we were told the cord that came with our new phone wasn't working. He said "the phones were too old to do a transfer to the new phones without a cord. And the District Mgr brought the one we use to another store and we can't find another one". Ryan didn't even need to use a cord! He was patient and extremely knowledgeable ~ we left very happy and relieved. We will be coming back here for any future issues.

Went in the other day with my mother when she had an issue with her iPhone. The sales associate Nathan was accommodating and informative, and very patient with her and provided some additional on-site support. I appreciated how he took extra time to make sure all of her questions were answered. Five stars!

The man that I talked with showed me how to improve the memory on my cellphone. My cellphone was only going to 85% & I wasn't able to figure out why it wasn't able to go up to 100%.

We had Nathan and he was great. I had though I had small issue with my phone, and I walked out with many big issues fixed! He helped us understand what was going on in a kind professional way.

I regret that I do not know/recall the name of the gentleman who assisted us but he is phenomenal. In fact his outstanding service is the reason we automatically returned to this location after our first visit into the store two years ago. Back then we observed his patience, kindness, knowledge and were impressed. This was only truer in our most recent visit as we watched him navigate multiple customers, and juggle multiple priorities, in an increasingly complex environment (pandemic) with absolutely ease. Highly recommend.

Purchased a phone and tablet. Ryan switched over all of my information and answered all my questions. He was very patient and I highly recommend this store.

I just went to this location to get an upgrade on my phone, and I had a great experience. The staff were very helpful. I have been there on three separate occasions and the manager (I believe his name was Ponny) has gone above and beyond to help me. It was significantly better than my experience in other Verizon stores in the area. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to buy a phone!

The salesperson was so friendly and helpful and thoughtful and funny is there a experienced and I ended up turning around and coming back and he helped me again because I'm 81 years old and I Know It Electronics but I had a question and he answered it for me super nice nice person. And the girl that was c a working was just as nice to me I will always go back and send all my friends it was actually a fun experience

Great job guys. I came in with kids and no idea how to transfer my data after purchasing my new phone. Ponny spent over an hour making sure my phone was cloned properly. Most other Verizon don't do this. Thank you
