We recently had Franklin Glass do three jobs for us - install a new glass shower door assembly, a new large bathroom mirror and a replace a bay window in our kitchen . They were exceptional in all aspects, from the quotes, advice offered and installation. On time and very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

We just completed a big remodel of master bath. Franklin did the custom shower doors and our huge mirror. Mirror was hand templated to include holes for outlets. All perfect. Great people. Great options. Reasonable.

Franklin Glass has been my go to for glass desk toppers. Shower doors and screen replacements since 1980 when we moved to Franklin. Called in an order for a piece of glass for my son’s new desk. 78 x 23. It was done in a few hours. He is so happy 😀

After calling around I found out that I could make an appointment for same day service at Franklin Glass to replace foggy glass in my double paned window . I dropped the window sash off at 8:30 am and received a call around 3:00 that my sash was done and ready for pickup. I couldn't believe how great it came out, just like new. I accidently broke a window while cleaning and having never done anything like that before I wasn't exactly sure what to do next. I found Franklin Glass and gave them a call and the lady on the other end was very friendly and explained that I could bring the window frame down as soon as possible and they would take care of it. When I arrived I was greeted by another friendly employee, someone came and took my window immediately and was assessed. They said it could be done by the next morning! My was window was ready as promised and looks brand new. Very professional, friendly, quick, and quality work.

I needed a replacement transom for my home front door. The internal seal had "melted" over the years in the hot sun and was not energy efficient or all that attractive to the eye. Working with Franklin Glass they identified the door and the proper transom, ordered, and had it ready within a few business days. Good service and I'm happy with the outcome. I highly recommend Franklin Glass.

Franklin Glass Company and their staff are wonderful. I was able to drop off and pick up an insulated unit in one day. They fixed my window that had grown, I guess, mold, on the interior and for the first time since I moved into my house, I can finally see out of it. They were prompt and professional

Thank you Franklin Glass Company! I had a basement window that needed a new pane of glass. I brought it over in the morning today (Tuesday) and FGC had out done in a few hours. Debbie called to say that it was done. I was so pleased. No critters getting through the basement window opening. (I did have plastic over it for bugs, etc.) Thank you to our local business! Franklin Glass is the best. We had an 10 foot slider that needed the wheels replaced. Not a project we could tackle ourselves as it required taking the frame apart, not to mention we didn't have the parts. They advised bringing the door to their shop. Brought it down, in and out in less then 45 min, helped me load it back in the truck. Cost us a fraction of what it would have taken for a repair guy to come on site. Couldn't recommend these folks enough.

I live in Ashland and had a job in Franklin when I needed an insulated panel. That experience went so well I've been back for shower doors and mirrors as well. Great people!

Awesome service, great products, they will help you with whatever you need. I needed a mirror for my bathroom, had purchased about 4 mirrors from other places and none of them worked out, then I went to Franklin Glass and the mirror selection was great and I finally found the perfect mirror, they didn't even make me buy it because I wasn't sure it would work so they just took my Credit card so if I need to return it for a different one it would be a hassle, they are so nice and professional.

Competence, efficiency, friendly staff -- this business is the rare gem that possesses all of these qualities. Exceeded all expectations for a window repair that would have ended my marriage had I tried to DIY. Won't ever go anywhere else for any kind of glass-related project.

I've had three experiences with them the first one was flawless the second one was a little confusing and not because of anything they could control and I was unfairly harsh the third time again was flawless like the first the staff in the office and shop were wonderful and my only rough experience with them was mostly my fault
