He had no problems answering my multiple questions. His prices are fair. In one month I bought 3 mattresses from Daniel. I highly recommend this store.

Our experience with this store has been nothing but wonderful from the beginning to end! I wanted to wait until all of the delivery and set up was complete to write a comprehensive review.

We came here after visiting several other mattress stores nearby in Pasadena. We had great experiences at the other stores, but this store stood apart in that they only carry mattresses they believe in and have had success with. It isn’t all the glitz and glamor as some other stores, but it is an honest small business that cares about their customers. Daniel helped us pick out the perfect mattress and was very honest about what he felt would be best for us based on his background and experience. We were not ready to buy a mattress that day, but his honesty and knowledge about mattresses is what sold us. It’s true, we could have gotten the same mattress online for a bit less or with online discounts, but this is small business has excellent customer service and really makes the experience more personal.

Our experience didn’t end there. The guys (Winston and another person who I unfortunately forgot the name of) who came to deliver the mattress and box spring were incredibly patient and professional. They even helped us take apart our current bed frame and assemble our new head board. We even ended up having to switch out our box spring and Daniel was very courteous about facilitating the exchange in a timely and professional manner. Everyone at this establishment is great and we highly recommend this place!

I assisted my 80-year-old mother this weekend in her search for a new mattress. We entered Mattress Store Pasadena and were immediately greeted by Winston, who very patiently walked my mother through the different (and sometimes confusing) types of mattresses. Winston allowed us plenty of space to test and try each mattress over (and over) again before we finally made a decision. Winston was so lovely to work with – he offered the best deal around town and was super kind. My mother purchased a Tempur-Pedic mattress and also purchased the adjustable base. We cannot recommend him and this store highly enough if you're in search of a Tempur-Pedic mattress!

Came here to shop for an affordable twin mattress for our toddler and Anthony and Winston were great at helping us find something within our budget. Definitely recommend this place for the affordable prices that can't be beat.

I recently bought a mattress from Mattress Store Pasadena and am super happy with both the product and excellent customer service provided by the staff. We had been shopping around a variety of stores and had a general feel for the type/brand of mattress we were leaning towards.

Daniel directed us to some great options within budget and worked with us to give us a great deal on everything. We shopped around at other stores to see if we could find better prices/deals, and Mattress Store Pasadena still won out.

When purchasing everything, Daniel and Winston were efficient and patient in answering all of my questions. It was about a 1.5 week turnaround for the specific mattress we ordered and they were able to deliver it immediately. The delivery crew were nice and also removed our old mattress and box spring.

It really feels like a family-run store. The entire process felt very easy--highly recommend!

Bought a mattress less than a month ago from Mattress Store Pasadena! Daniel was great- he informed us of our different options, his opinion on them, and was able to offer us a great deal for President's day weekend! He was patient with me and my boyfriend as we discussed what we wanted and tried some beds out. The bed so far has been absolutely wonderful! The movers were also great (I am sad I have forgotten their names). They were prompt, respectful, and nice! Mattress Store is really the best place to buy your mattress. Sean Tyler and Daniel Ross were most accommodating and knowledgeable on all things mattresses. Now a days it seems difficult to find exceptional customer service. I have referred all my friends and co workers, they all have come back to thank me.

Great experience at this new store. If you want to make an informed decision look no where else. After looking in big name stores we decided to go in to Mattress Store and we are super happy that we did. Daniel not only helped us choose the mattress but also educated and even went beyond to help us with a warranty details for a mattress we had bought from another store few years back, (oh, and they are really good with kids). He has exceptional customer service skills he gave us all the info and time we need to make an informed decision. We wanted to buy 3 mattresses for our kids bunk beds and we had no idea where to start. We left the store with three mattresses and our kids are loving their new beds.

Anthony was amazing! After hours of searching of searching for a new mattress, he was able to accommodate our needs. He showed us the whole range of mattresses they carried from low end to high end and was able to fit our budget. Later on, while talking to the staff, we found out that they are a family owned business. It made the purchase feel 1000 times better to know we are supporting local businesses as well.

My wife and I stopped in for a mattress. We recently purchased a house together and needed a bed urgently. Daniel was super knowledgeable, helpful, extremely funny and easygoing. He made sure to understand our needs and helped us find a perfect mattress. We also ended up purchasing an adjustable frame and let me tell you it was everything we never knew we needed.

If we could rate higher than 5 stars, we would. Daniel is the owner of Mattress Store Pasadena and manned the store over Easter weekend when we wandered in. At first, I thought we'd just get some info, shop around later in more stores and compare prices online, then make a final decision in the summer when we actually need the bed. Instead, we walked out not only having purchased a new bed, but having one of the best retail experiences, feeling confident about our purchase and feeling fully taken care of. I'm normally skeptical of any pushy or shady sales tactics, but Daniel slowly and patiently won over my trust. He is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced with what he's selling, and really took his time explaining each option, giving us tips on how to best shop and feel for mattresses in stores. He wanted us to make the right decision based on needs and price, and never did we feel pressured or sold to. Instead, it felt more like getting a unbiased lesson on how to choose a bed and how to sleep well. When appropriate, he voluntarily left the store and gave us space to discuss privately. The top notch experience did not end once he got the sale. He was incredibly flexible with post-purchase leading up to the delivery. 2 months after our purchase when we called to get the delivery scheduled, he was able to recall exactly what we purchased and action it straight away. He went out of his way to get the bed delivered for us over the 4th of July holiday weekend. All of the above felt so personal and a giant step beyond any uniform push to make a profit. Finally, the purchase itself: I personally hated Tempur-pedic products and they've had a bad rep, but in working with Daniel (instead of being sold to), over the course of this experience, we ended up buying a Tempurpedic ProAdapt. I've waited a month to write the review as it takes time to experience a new bed. Everything Daniel advised was indeed true. This is one the best beds we've ever had and we have had improved sleep and posture thanks to Daniel's help. We really can't recommend this store and Daniel enough, and wholeheartedly advise you go to him if you need a new bed, or want better sleep.
