SEPHORA at Kohl's

The staff at this Sephora was friendly, kind, and attentive to our needs. They answered my questions and were very helpful. I had tried to test a concealer, and the cushion of the test stayed inside. I told the staff about it and they were nice about it. My experience was beyond satisfactory!

This Sephora is amazing the girls know what they’re talking about here. And Camille was very informative and helped me with one of the best foundation and concealer I’ve ever tried, so if you need someone to help you choose some amazing products, she knows her makeup. And All the girls were so so sweet and they deserve a raise for their amazing customer service skills. This Sephora is top notch with these lady’s representing!

Got what I needed, due to the help of just myself. I asked an employee about a brand they carry she looked at me like she had no clue what brand I was talking about and just stood there like I was the dumb one. Meanwhile they had a huge stand promoting a collection from that brand right next to her. Please educate your employees on products not just to stand around and look pretty.

Not the biggest selection and the women who work the morning shift aren't very personable. If you're needing help and looking for fantastic customer service, go to the La Cantera location.

Went in to the Sephora at the Forum today.
The customer service was horrible. The two girl working never approached us or greeted us. We were there for 20-30 minutes.
The two girls were standing at the counter talking about another girl that had called in for her shift.
I was trying to ask questions but they seems very engaged in the conversation they were having about the girl that had called in.
When I was ready to checkout the cashier was short and not friendly at all.

If you’re wanting genuine help don’t come here, manger (old lady) didnt want to help and is extremely EXTREMELY RUDE. She didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing since she’s probably geared towards kohl’s mangers not Sephora / beauty. All I wanted was an exchange for make up not an attitude for walking in and being in there 😐
