I stopped by on my lunch break and ordered through the drive-thru. I ordered a grande iced sugar cookie latte with whole milk and two breakfast sandwiches. The line had about 4 cars in front of me and I knew they would be pretty busy since it was the first day of their holiday drinks being released. I got to the window, paid and they handed me my sandwiches and my drink which looked a little different but it was the right size and I was in a hurry. I left and realized it was someone else’s drink and normally I would’ve just said it’s fine but it was an iced coffee with 2% milk so I knew I wouldn’t be able to drink it. I turned around and went inside this time and explained to the man at the counter, Brad, that I was given the wrong drink. He was super polite and asked me what drink I was supposed to get instead and made it for me right then and there while offering to upgrade me to a venti but I declined since I was content with a grande. He was professional and quick to remake my drink and apologized for the mistake. Great customer service. I understand that this time of year is crazy for baristas and especially being the first day that the holiday drinks were released so I completely understand the mixup but overall the customer service was great and the drink was delicious!

Usually do the drive thru but I love all the food products and especially the app where you can earn points and get free drinks and food.

Best Starbucks barista experience I’ve had to date. Very kind, and very helpful with suggestions when I wasn’t sure what to order since it went from 70 degrees to 40 degrees in one day. Brad in particular was super friendly!

Spent 6 hours here to do finals for school and the staff treatment me so well and made sure to not bother me. Had a great time

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Service is typically fast. Plenty of seating most days and outdoor seating when weather allows is nice too. Try the lemon loaf or the oat milk espresso!

Great team work! This morning they were very busy, but they handled it beautifully! You could tell the manager cared about her team and made sure to help and be sure they got breaks. I got my drink and breakfast quickly.

Matt is a phenomenal barista and provides the type of customer service you just don’t get anymore - even through the drive through. He is a day maker just by being a positive human being.

Love the app to pre-order and my coffee is always ready when I swing by early in the morning omw to work and love the constant rewards. Nikki has been awesome at the register, she's very patient with my long order and has my creamer and sugar ready once she sees me walk in on the days we sit and enjoy our breakfast.

Fast and friendly service. I went there on a Saturday morning and they were crazy busy. I have to applaud the workers here for how fast and efficient they are. Especially having to deal with a drive through, while inside I saw a man taking orders on a headset while making someone else's order which really looked difficult. The store was clean, and large enough that I didn't feel crowded even with how packed the shop was. I love the options for food and drink, it's a great breakfast or lunch place if you don't mind a short wait.

Very nice, courteous and helpful. Was asking about the different kinds of refresher drinks, etc. for my mom that was with me and the gal mentioned she like the Mango dragon fruit w/lemonade & rasberry. I asked if my mom could try a sample and she gave us some to taste...VERY GOOD! Also good to recommend other drinks I asked about and showed me where they had discounted items when I was looking around.

Nicely located and busy store but service is always efficient and orders are almost always done correctly. The drive thru is typically unbelievably busy (even though if people just went inside they would more than likely get their order in half the time). Staff is quite friendly considering what they are asked to do. And one of the baristas looks oddly similar to Clark Kent.
Will visit again.

The employees are always friendly, there is always something knew to try and the rewards program is awesome. I love going here to get a drink for my mom and being able to mix it up nearly every time and still make her happy.

The cinnamon shortbread frappuccino is very tasty. The location is convenient and has a decent amount of parking. I don't know that I've ever had trouble finding a spot though occasionally finding seating can be a challenge if a large group comes in after a meeting nearby.
