Big Lots

Great location. Easy shopping & good prices. This store has been around a long time. Still like it. Good parking. Great shopping center when on a budget.

New to Shreveport so happy I found Big Lots found some great deals for our new home!!!! Customer service was outstanding thanks to Ashley she was wondering she helped me with my purchase of a large rug we got it into my car !!!!🤓 I will make Shreveport Big Lots my store

On a road trip for a Dr appointment & decided to stop & peruse. We came across some great deals on clearance items for gardening & also food items. The customer service was top notch. We had questions about some of the clearance items & the worker was very helpful. The cashier mistakenly overcharged for the reduced quick sale items but once brought to her attention she rectified with no issue.

So Big Lots is a much smaller Walmart. What I like best about them is the loyalty program. You get a $5 coupon off a $15 purchase every three trips you make to the store. Also on the weekends they usually give away something to card members. This weekend its sunscreen. The people who work there are super cool. Because its such a small store the staff is small so they kind of get to know you by name almost. Sort of like cheers. They also have a lot of things on clearance when it is near the expiration date. So something might even be 25 cents because it expires in a few days. But we all know cookies and stuff last way past the sale date.

Is kept clean and shelves are stocked with great deals . Employees are very polite and know where everything in store is located.

The store is immaculate and well stocked. Customer service is excellent.

Big lots and goodwill are the two stores , there I shop in weekly ! Both have great deals .

I love Big Lots, because they are very affordable but there is a young lady there who is like a rainbow her attitude is always so positive and she makes the shopping experience even better, hang on to her Big Lots, Alliyah is her name.

So great,not expensive and surprisingly enough they have all kind of wonderful things from furniture so jewelry send meals for your family a 24 case of water is only $2.50 I love Big Lots

It was packed pre Thanksgiving, but clean and of course the Christmas music was playing! Loved it and found more than what I was looking for!

Always a great experience. Find lots of gifts , wrapping supplies and always great customer service.
