I went in 30 minutes before closing time and needed to have my battery replaced. Jeff was awesome and very professional and friendly. Eric replaced my battery while I waited; drove off 20 minutes later with a new battery. Outstanding service.

I have only had good experiences at O'Reilly's Auto Parts. They are knowledgeable and installed a new battery quickly and correctly.

It is a convenient location and they always have what I'm looking for. In the off chance they don't, they go out of their way to order it in, usually next day. Brendan helped me the last few times and it was really fun dealing with him. He knew his stuff and even recommended something I never tried before and ended up really liking it. He was polite and professional and had a great sense of humor too.

Every time I've gone in, I am immediately greeted with a big smile and a friendly hello and I'm asked how I can be helped. Once to get windshield wipers, the gentleman looked up what wipers would fit my car and then walked me right over to the shelf and I was hesitant to go with his suggestion because I figured he'd try to sell me the most expensive ones, but when I voiced my concerns he pointed out that the ones he was suggesting were the middle of the road in pricing and they were actually the ones I would have picked out and bought had he not been there with me. I went tonight to get a new battery and again, I was greeted and made to feel very welcome. The very friendly, kind woman behind the counter looked up the battery I needed, went over and got it and carried it back without a single complaint (those things weigh a TON!), all with a smile, went out to my car, and installed it while making friendly conversation. I'm so glad O'Reilly Auto has this location! It's definitely my new favorite auto parts store!

This is probably now my third visit to this O'Reillys store and I am sold. This time I came in needing a battery as mine had just given up 2 blocks away. I worked with the manager (not sure of his name but he had a manager name plate on) and told him I just killed my battery down the street and needed a new battery and asked to borrow a 10MM socket wrench to replace it. Everything was easy and he even got me a deal on a slightly cheaper battery considering my car was a lease and I didn't need the best one. Top notch service all around. You have officially won my business!

I just started going to O'Reilly's for automotive parts recently. The thing that got me was their warranty on their brake pads. They offer an unlimited replacement when they wear out for free that lasts for the life of the vehicle. So buy them once and never have to buy them again! The store is clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They have definitely won my business.

Had a great experience, came in for a turn signal light bulb the man asked what type of car put it in the computer went and grabbed the right one and while he was ringing me up I said to my son now we get to find out how hard this is to change and the man immediately said I can help you with that! After I paid he came out to the car with me changed it in like 2 minutes and I was on my way! Highly recommend!

I am an ASE Master certified technician. For 30 years I worked at a half dozen garages in three different counties. These gentlemen at O'Reilly's Westview store are very professional and jump to any need that you want before I even paid for my wiper blades they had them on my car already. If I lose lose my receipt and I have a part that goes bad it's either registered to the garage you had it bought from or the phone number you bought it under and whether it's 90 days or one year warranty they honor it. You can't go better than that and they have the warehouse coming two three times a day so if they don't have the part there they'll have it by the afternoon or the next morning. Those guys are good. Trust me I know

Dude Jim is amazing and deserves a raise, he was so kind and helpful and you can tell he’s a genuine guy. I’ll be prayingg for that man. I will surely return to this location and I hope to see Jim nExt time!!
