I will be honest, at first, it seemed as we were being judged or followed. As if we were about to steal or something. But given this area of the mall is notorious for shoplifters, i guess. After some time shopping around, the associates warmed up to us and had the most fun we've ever had shopping! They were all just so sweet and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back soon. Ready to shop for the rest of the store haha!

This is one of the best Earthbound's I've been to. The people are extremely friendly and helpful. The store was well organized and neat.

So we just left Earthbound and I’m super glad we went. Ros and Ricky were so helpful. Very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Alex was also amazing, remembering my daughter from her last visit. It began to get a bit busy but they were able to cater to new customers while still checking in on us. Certainly will return. Thanks again guys.

Just left out of this store with 2 pairs of pants and incense. The people there are super nice. Explain what's going on with the products. Available sizes and whatnot. I really loved the vibe here. So relaxed and chill. Just like my gypsy reading room. Love it here!

They have a lot of really cool and interesting things here. Definitely want to go back.

I met a lovely employee named Ros. They were so helpful when it came to helping us and explain things we didn't understand I honestly felt like I was talking to a friend instead of an employee for sure coming back again to buy more things from them

The staff here is so help and sweet! Alex was so informative about crystals and even helped me pick out my first one! Overall great experience & will definitely be back!:)

Love this place. Cool shop with all manner of hip and earth-conscious products. Lots of Buddhist stuff, too. always easy to find gifts for my friends, even if I do end up keeping most of the stuff for myself. Shirts, backpacks, fountains, incense and burners, djembe drums, etc. check it out.

Amazing staff! They are following CDC guidelines to a tee and are super friendly. Items here unlike any other stores around us. Good prices, nice selection, great overall experience!

Alex was so so sweet!! Honestly was doubting if I wanted to buy a sari skirt but I caved in. I wanted to look at more and asked if they had any in the back. I told her how I didn’t want to bother her and she made sure I knew that it wasn’t a bother at all!! Because of her sweetness I bought two more sari skirts!! I will be coming back for sure because of her!!

Great store with decent quality items, but giving this 5 stars almost entirely due to the incredible staff at this branch - Ros was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our visit.

This is the first time I was at this store and I’m for sure going to be back! Alex was so helpful and amazing all the time. She explained some details about the items I was looking for! I couldn’t be more satisfied with customer service! :)

My favorite place in the entire mall. Sometimes things are gone and do not return for sale. If you find a unique piece, grab it! Bought a really nice mood necklace. This store carries Metaphysical products including singing bowls, Sage sticks and more. Staff is willing to assist you in your needs. Not sure if they still offer, ordering for customer (s). My wishlist guys... Crystal Quartz Skull. Not keychain size, much larger. 😂

Will and Nicki are the best! Best costumers service I have ever had! Definitely will take care of you. You can tell Will takes the time to figure out what's best for each individual person that walks in. Top notch service :)

If you have allergies to certain scents avoid this place. Even with my allergies still you'll find me browsing here, even though I look rather miserable during it, I actually like the unusually variety only found at this store in the mall. Its were I get my incense.

My absolutely favorite store! Not only do they have things you didn't even know you needed until you got there, the employees are amazing as well.

If you are looking to add some cultural atmosphere to your crib this is the place to go, they have more decor than clothing and I love all the Himalayan rocks that they have there, definitely worth checking out.
