Great customer service, plus cover a lot of area. I'm going to try them in October. They also have samsung smart phones and Iphones.

went in today and had to grab a phone in a hurry. the rep was amazing and i left with a new, discounted, activated phone in under 15 mins.

Great Customer Service from Frank! I came in pretty stressed out because of a different Boost Mobile location and the experience there. He was kind and patient resolved the issue quickly with a smile! Definitely could use more of that now a days thanks Frank! Hope you get a raise have a blessed day! 🙌

Came to the Sante fe store and the were absolutely the best! So so helpful and so nice! If you need hooked up this is the spot!

Frank is hands down the best person that I have ever dealt with in my 8 years of having Boost. Going above and beyond to fix an issue and following up to make sure it's fixed. Will drive out of my way to go to this location for all future Boost related needs.

The two stores at 1319 E. Santa Fe and the store at 916 E. Highway 56, Olathe KS 66061 have the same owner. If you have some problems or issues with your new phone you just bought good luck getting any refund back or workd with you to have another phone that works. Btw Boost mobile on line will not help you any way, these 2 stores work independetly from Boost Mobile company (on line) it's like 2 different companies. They are fraud, totally rip offs and one of the mangers threaten with violence then told me not to ever come back and take my business else where. They are an professional people they are very rude, one of the mangers she didn't know the difference between the truth and a lie, she claimed that nothing wrong with the phone I just bought and told me she already have a witness, btw I've never told her that there was nothing with my phone. Boost Mobile( on line) can't do anything to them, they gave me the manufacturer number to call in China and work with them. O btw your plan will be changed at any given moment with out notification.

It’s been over six months and I’ve been meaning to write this review the person who helped me and my fiancé was named Frank. You can’t forget this dude! He is absolutely the best in the industry. He definitely is going places in life and uplifts the entire store. If an owner is reading this please consider giving him a promotion. I mean six freaking months and I remember his name if that doesn’t tell how good he is at his job I don’t know what will.

I dropped my iPhone on the side of the road on a walk and by the time I realized it, the phone had been damaged. Took it into the store and was ready to buy a new phone, but Dino told me that a new screen would do the trick if I didn’t want to spend the money on a new phone. They fixed the screen and threw in a new screen protector for a great price and had it done in a couple of hours. This store is fantastic! Have now worked with Christina, Frank, and Dino…all top notch who will take care of you!

I had such a wonderful experience!! I spoke w the owner Dino on the phone and he let me know the phone i wanted was in stock. He even text me the address so i could find the store.
Christina was SO awesome!! She showed me the exact phone i wanted and helped me also get the perfect screen protector and case. I usually go to Best Buy for phones but no more!! They have never taken as good care of me as Dino and Christina here at the Boost store in Olathe.
Definitely will be back if i need anything else!!

Frank was amazing with both the stores services and knowledge of the products. It was a pleasurable experience as was the last visit to the same store with a different team member assisting my families needs.

Customer service was outstanding. I wasn't able to get to the store till the last minute to have my daughter's iphone looked at due to a repair issue. Not only were they able to fix the problem for less than insurance or apple would have cost me, but within 24 hrs. That evening I was also given answers to all my questions on phones I was interested in but I decided transfered my carriers and purchased a new phone. If you are looking for knowledge, great customer service and the best deals this is the place to go!!!

Christina is most helpful and answered every question I had. She also informed me about situations with my personal information on my phone that I didn't know about, such as how my ex wife had hacked my personal information through my phone and got it secured! Thank you so much!

The customer service at this location is exceptional. Ervin(hopefully I have his name right) was so helpful and professional. The young lady that helped was also a joy. I don't know how to put into words and stress how great the service was at this location. They went out of their way to find out what my needs were and to then provide the best product for me at a great price. I would definitely recommend them to family friends and even strangers.

I support local businesses over big corporations. Worked with a gal name Christina, really helpful, and very supportive and understanding! She let me handle the phone before the purchase as i was undecided in which one to buy. This was very helpful in the decision making. Highly recommend this store!

Very nice people. Very helpful and really know what they are talking about. They truly care about their customers. I am staying with them. Love my new lg styli 5x I just got from them today. Boost mobile is the best. I highly highly highly recommend them.

I have been to this store several times to modify service and switch phones, and have always received fast, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance. Dino and staff know their stuff and provide excellent customer service. Recommended!

Honestly, it was a very positive experience! Was I was told was honest, the help I was given was done in a very efficient and accurate manner, they weren't out to just get more of my money and infact lead me to a cheaper option, and they were able to help many other customers effectively while still finishing up with me. I will definitely be going back for anything I need in the future! I am truly thankful for the painless and comfortable experience!
