Dirt Cheap + Building Supplies

This place just keeps getting better for folks like me that just like to dig around for a find. Don't sleep on this place if you are wanting to replace a light fixture or own rentals or anything that has to do with home ownership. They have lots of stuff that is returned but still good for a deep discount. I have remodeled two bathrooms and pulled a good garbage disposal out of here that was new in box. Go spend the evening here. Take plenty of money. You will be suprised.

Love the cheap , deal, bargains, you have to take your time and go through the store to find what you need. It's a big store. I like how they sell hard wear now. I found wooden blinds for 7.99 each. I made sure all the parts were in the box. For the most part a good store. It is rather dusty.

LOVE driving here for the deals!! They always have something I just can not live without! LOL cashiers were all friendly and most in training. Bless them for starting on a Saturday!! Lol gotta love retail!

Perfect deals best place for holiday shopping

The staff was friendly and patient with my sister in law and I's 5 kids we brought with us, as they were acting out a bit. You can find some AMAZING deals! Important: either download the dirt cheap app or go to their website to scan the barcodes while shopping to get the correct Dirt Cheap prices. It's usually way cheaper than what the tag shows. I've been looking for some rain boots for my 2 year old daughter that's not too expensive and was so excited to find some there! They were Cat and Jack light up pink rain boots, new for $2.00!

Huge selection of pretty much anything home improvement and household supplies. I would like to see more organization of outdoor equipment, ac units instead of everything strung about but I will say they have great deals on stuff you just have to find complete, unbroken sets

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I was able to get my son, my nephews and niece Christmas gifts plus me some things all for under 200! I bought a brand new paw patrol ride on Marshall toy for only 40$! Everywhere else would have been at least 100! Came with the charger and in perfect condition! They have great deals! It may be unorganized but it's a great place to find outstanding deals! The staff is nice and will try to help you if you are needing something! I am always happy with this place!

This place has all kinds of stuff. You never know what you will find. Plus, they have added on discounted flooring and other things for home remodeling. Also some times they have totes that you can purchase that is filled with different items. We bought a tote once for $50. You have to unload all the items from the tote once it is purchased. They wouldn't do no holds for us even if we paid for it and left to get our truck. So make sure your vehicle is big enough to load big items because you never know what you may fine at a great price. Be sure to check your items out before you buy them some items are missing parts or are broken. They do have some batteries at the glass counter for you to try out battery operated items. However, they usually don't have watch styled batteries so keep that in mind. You can return some items during a time period. Always ask first before you purchase anything to see what their return policy is.

My first time going in there, I found several items at a good price, nothing that I couldn't live without, but the items I chose were a few dollars cheaper than Walmart. Just like reviews I had heard about you have to dig for stuff. I may return there in the future. I did not look at any of the building materials but I did like the dining chairs they offered.

This place is definitely an experience. You'll find things you never knew you wanted and absolutely don't need. It's a wonderful place to satisfy a buying urge and not spend too much money. However, if you have a problem viewing chaos or lack of organization stresses you out, you might want to skip this store. Toddlers in a "think tank" tackle the problems this retail store faces and then turn their solutions over to other toddlers to implement. (Help me!) I love this store! If I'm not buying something I'm watching this sitcom; it's a joke and I always feel better when I leave. Now I save $200 a week on a therapist and I have $200 worth of more clutter that I shouldn't have bought suffocating me and slowly tightening the noose around my neck. I love Dirt Cheap! (Help me! ...It's a problem) I'm feeling depressed again, I need to go to Dirt Cheap. Just need to buy two more broken paper towel holders and a pillow with a cheese stain for 50 cents total and i'll feel better. (Help me!)

Before you shop this store, make sure your expectations are realistic. Will you have to dig in bins for bargains? Absolutely (and experienced bargain hunters wear gloves). Will you find some amazing deals? Absolutely (especially if you download the Deal Finder App—without that, you’ll only guess what prices actually are). Will you find some duds? Absolutely (I’d stay away from anything electronic or marked “salvage” unless it’s 90% off and you’re a tinkerer). Adults and kids underwear were $1 each which is not a huge bargain, but not bad either. Swimsuits were $7.50 when I was there last. Some kid shoes were $14, but I also found some nice house slippers for only $4.00. Some back to school supplies are even cheaper than Walmart! Health and beauty products may have goo on the bottles that easily washes off and are heavily discounted depending on when they were receipted by the store. Check the tag on EVERY item. You might find two identical items with two different prices based on how long they’ve been floating around in the store. For example, I got a 10oz bottle of Suave hand sanitizer for only $0.15, but another of the same product/size was marked $1.20. There are some true dirt cheap bargains in this store, but don’t go if you’re in a hurry as no one else in this store will be. Happy hunting!

I agree the store is very cluttered.But I would definitely not compare the products to the goodwill. Great for DIY projects just make sure you are an informed consumer and cross reference prices BTW note everything is NOT damaged.. be prepared to search. Best deal this week was ODO BAN for 5$ and change.. also 12 large roll toilet tissue 7$ and change..the lighting was great and found mailbox I paid 100 for on Amazon for 35!!!

Could be more organized and bit more neat to make shopping easier and faster but yet we still love this store. Always India g

We were very pleased with this trip. They had phone cases 90% off and I found some great shoes for 90% off. My husband found several shirts he liked for 5.00 a piece. You can take this review down to a 0 star! Just made a special trip for senior hr. that I just got an email about and they aren't doing it.

It was fun to watch the children with big eyes and smiles when they spotted all those toys and with the bargains and savings with a smile the parents said okay you can get it. The Managers were very helpful and approachable. Thank you for a fun and safe place to shop.

You have to put some effort into shopping here, but when you do, you're always going to walk out with a deal. Staff is usually pretty friendly and helpful, I've never encountered a problem with them. But buyer must beware that the store does not accept returns, so check your items thoroughly before purchasing anything. Otherwise, happy shopping!

Could be one star or five depending on your willingness to dig into the chaotic piles of stuff and Google your prices a bit. I happen to love a good treasure hunt. Staff are friendly and helpful.
