AT&T Store

Could not of had a better experience. I was switching my phone and my son’s phone from another provider I’d been with 20+ years. So there was some hassle getting things moved over and on to the new 15s we just bought.(from a different AT&T store) But they sat there with us made us feel like they were on our team fighting with us instead of against us. We all were even cracking jokes. I told my son when we left in my experience that store and those guys were the exception not the rule, in my experience. But if you loose faith in the cell phone world. Go to the AT&T store in the Ville’ and your faith will be renewed.

Michael & Lafondray was a great help. They have wonderful customer service and will go the extra mile. I would hire them myself if I had a company.

Michael and Barry really came through for me more than once. This location is great! All my questions were answered and all my problems resolved. 10/10!

We had an amazing experience working with Sid on upgrading our phones and adding two lines to our business account. He answered all of our questions, made us aware of all of the promotions and went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of. The manager/assistant manager was doing a very good job making sure that everyone in the store was getting the help that they needed.

Caleb was great with assisting my husband and myself. He even stayed after he was scheduled to get off to assist us with our phone issues!

Mike and Jay were very friendly, acknowledgeable, attentive etc from the time I walk in the door. I truly appreciate their patience and persistence with me and my phone issue that I was about to give up on. Also their diligence in resolving an sale process that incomplete and would’ve costed me dearly from an outside representative. I would recommend them to all customers and believe they would be remarkably satisfied and definitely come again!!!

Associate Jones was friendly to my daughter and myself. He knows his job and was very charismatic and humorous. It made the process easy.

Upgraded my phone last night to the 14 Pro Max and Jay was my representative!! He is a MUST choose if you are wanting someone who knows how to get you taken care of along with someone who is enjoyable. He has tons of knowledge to share and he was extremely helpful at every turn. He helped navigate me through each decision that I needed to make to ensure that I was very content with my end choices. Jay has excellent guest focus and I thoroughly enjoyed the conversation in our downtime while my new phone was updating. I truly recommend him and the Jacksonville location. Everyone in there seemed engaged with their guest and wanting to serve the best!!! Great atmosphere and culture!

Wanda with the Jacksonville at&t store was amazing! Every time I've had an issue they've been so quick to fix it and they always go above and beyond. I'm so glad I made the switch from Verizon to at&t I just regret it took so long!

Needed help with my new phone. Even though I didn't buy it there. They were a good help.

I was having problem with vm. Michael was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly. Very satisfied.

Barry and Michael were really helpful setting up one new line, getting 3 new phones plus honest about accessories we needed. We'll be sure to drive to Jacksonville to vist them in the future! Thanks guys!

After a frustratingly bad experience at another local AT&T store, I gave this location a try and I'm so, SO glad I did. Todd went above and beyond to fix the problem I was having and had me sorted in no time! He was so helpful, so friendly, and so determined to make things right. I really appreciate his efforts and I highly recommend them to anyone!

Came in on a Sunday and fairly busy. As soon as Caleb R was done with his customer and came right over to us when he realized we were next. He did a fantastic job helping us and answered all questions. I am even going back to see him to set up directv stream. If you want someone that knows his stuff. Ask for him.
