Went in for a new phone, the ladies were very kind and got me set up right away. Lisette went above and beyond to make sure everything was smoothly transferred and ready. She’s originally from a Grand Rapids store, give this girl a raise!!

Best experience I've ever had at any phone store service is out of this world. The employees go above and beyond for their customers.! I highly recommend anyone looking for a new phone, internet or a tablet to go see them. You won't be disappointed!

I absolutely love this store! Not only is it a huge improvement from the liquor stores that sell boost mobile but the manager Tonia always goes above and beyond for the customers. I have been going to this location since September 2017 and if she is unavailable, I simply wait because I don't trust anyone else. She never makes me feel less of a person if I don't know how to operate my phone but takes the time not to only help me but to teach me. So thank you for having such a wonderful woman to always be there. We all know customer service is no easy task but she always handles it with such grace and kindness. This location has gained a forever customer!

Used boost during divorce d 3 years ago. Then when with Sprint after 2 years, the rate Change$$$. 1 years of "special discounts" got rate change$$. Sprint-T- mobile "special rate" same as Boost Mobile "usual." So far so go. Sales staff nice people.

Great experience...the guy that helped us was courteous and understanding. He answered questions respectfully and was just so polite. I highly recommend coming to this boost store.

Very happy with my new phone! LG Stylo 5 is very nice and quick. Tony gave me amazing customer service and is so friendly and helpful. I will not go to another Boost store after stopping here. That kid loves his job and what he does!

Today was my first time ever coming to this location, I was so impressed! Tonia is AMAZING, she is so helpful and friendly. This is the best boost store. Tony is amazing. He was kind and very patient with me and I am a very inpatient person. I love this store. Everypne should come to this location if you want kind and knowledgeable workers.

I walked in and was immediately greeted with friendly smiles. I wanted a deal for a family plan and the two workers were so helpful. They went beyond their normal job to get me what I was asking for. I didnt get what I was dreaming of. No fault of theirs but I did end up leaving feeling happy and with 2 new phones and a great family plan. I cannot express enough how greatful I am for this experience. I havent had a good customer service experience like this in a very long time. Kudos to you two. Very personable and connecting people.

Tonia was the biggest help ever! She was so personable! I had a lot of questions and my old carrier was being difficult with giving me the info I needed to switch over to boost and she never got impatient with me. She probably did lol but she never showed it. She was the sweetest and made me super excited about joining boost mobile. She needs a raise for her amazing customer service, helpful attitude, patience, and just dealing with me alone lol

A great place to purchase a phone and accessories, they always have what I'm looking for, manager is Tony he treats everyone equally and always with a smile. A great place to shop, thank you for being there.

Five stars! like better than Jackson or Albion stores great customer service like the young gentleman tyler and older gentleman tony. Great helpers and they helped my husband with his phone.

I needed a new phone and the people working here were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend it to anyone who wants simple effective phone service.

I broke my phone today, and went to Boost Mobile on W Saginaw in Lansing Michigan after work. Tanya (sp?) was *the best*. She helped me choose a new phone and case, helped me migrate all my photos and data over, and walked me through every single step of the change with a cheerful confidence that made my day a million times better. She even stayed late to make sure I had everything I needed. Before I went in I was panicked and upset, but she made everything so easy! After today, I'm a devoted customer.

I bought the new iPhone SE online directly from Apple and getting my data and phone number transferred was a day after day struggle that seemed to never end. Then came the awesome ladies at the Boost Mobile store. From call to call and hassle to hassle they did it, they kept at it until they got me up and running and my never ending quest to get my phone set up was finally complete. Thank you two so much!!! I wish I would have came to you in the beginning, it surely would have saved me a megaton of brain pain.

I want to thank Tanio personally if she can't make it happen no on can, very professional, polite, curtious, got me set up with a boost up phone and I couldn't be happier. "Updated info" I today upgraded again on boost up and let me tell you Greg & Chandler are both Awesome guys they are professional and an asset to Boost mobile business...Top notch service 10star service.

Tony is the best. He hooked me up on iPhones for me and the kids. Best price than all the other stores in Lansing. Cheapest. Good service and good deals man!!

I had the best day of my life at this store I was helped by tonya and she was more helpful than anyone I have ever delt with at a phone company she helped me with my 1000 questions and was more patient then most will definitely recommend and be back myself 💯💯

What more can I say....Tonia was sooo awesome, after dealing with so many different phone companies and getting stuffed by Verizon AND T-Mobile we wanted to take our shot with Boost...We first tried a Boost store in Pontiac MI and the guy working was a complete idiot so we were pretty sceptical about going that route...We went to the store on West Saginaw and was warmly invited by Tonia and she went above and beyond for our family...It didn’t stop there though, she has helped us out since we got the phones and even did what she could to rectify the issue I had with my phone and replaced it for me!!! YOU ROCK and Boost owes you a bonus!!! JS

These people's idea of customer service should be how it's done everywhere not just cellphone store's. They go above and beyond all of my expectations. Keep up the good work guys.😎
