AT&T Store

I wish I could give my experience 10 stars! I came in a couple of months ago and left not feeling I had solutions. I came back today, and Louie assisted me. He is AMAZING!! Truly an asset to this location!! He listened to what I was looking for, for my business needs and offered me multiple solutions and let me have the final decision. I felt at ease with him the whole way! I also wanted to change something on my current plan and he walked me through calling corporate to accomplish that and made the process 10x’s easier for me! Tony came in as a great manager as well! They are a good team!! I will definitely return to this location anytime I have needs or questions! You will be happy coming here for your AT&T needs!! Thank you Louie and Tony!! 😁

This place is great. My business phone crashed and I was freaking out because I lost contact with my clients, employees, provided, etc. Luckily, I was able to get Jordy, the store manager, who not only sold me an awesome new iPhone, but helped me solve this nightmare I was going through.
She went above and beyond to help customers in need, and made sure I was taken care of and my business was up and running again.
This is the definition of 5 stars customer service. I highly recommend this store and Jordy. She is very professional, tech savvy, polite, and always sincerely willing to help.
I will definitely come back to here to get more phones from here when I need them.

Came in and got an upgrade. Tyler got me in and out of the store faster than what I’m used to. His customer service was awesome and I left knowing what my charges are gonna be monthly and was well educated before I left. 100% recommend this store if you’re in the Lehi area!

So excited with my new phone and accessories! I had a pleasant experience and Tyler was SUPER helpful and answered all of my questions. Usually the process of getting a new phone/getting everything switched over is lengthy and grueling but he made it enjoyable and was very friendly.

So excited about my new phone! Went in the other day to get a new phone with accessories, I was very thankful to have such great service. Tyler made getting a new phone which is usually a very long process quick and easy!

Tony was super helpful, polite, and honest. I’d much rather come to this location than talk with corporate customer support.

Ethan was a great guy to work with but it seems like this store lacks really any management…. Ethan was there alone and was a new employee so understandably had some what of a learning curve to over come….. with absolutely no help what so ever….. seems like a new person every time I go into this store maybe there wouldn’t be such a high turn over if they actually put forth some money to train there employees…. Ethan was great, nice and professional but he definitely needed some structure/help that’s not been offered to him.

Went to this AT&T store for a phone upgrade. Steven and Tony were so helpful and knowledgeable about the different phones. I will definitely send my friends and family to them.

This AT&T store has been super helpful! Was very honest, and was able to add value to my current plan, got a new phone and the bill stayed relatively the same. Convenient location, right off the freeway.

Tony gets 10 Stars for how sweet and kind he was. He helped me decide which cases he recommended for what I use my phone for, and which were most popular!

The manager was kind and his employee was so knowledgeable and quick to assist.

Tony was very helpful as we were adding a line to make sure that we were setup with the best options on our account as possible.

I was out of town in Utah and Rebekah Cox the store clerk helped me out tremendously! My phone hit the bricks and wouldn't work.. I walked into the store and she was very friendly great attitude and all around best customer service in any AT&T store that I have ever been in. I live in Tennessee and the service from the Utah stores rock! She helped me pick a new phone with accessories along with giving me the best deals she could offer!!
