I was very much pleased with the quality of food and the level of service the two times I have been here. I was very satisfied. Ordered from the app once and it was super convenient. I then walked in and was happy with how fast the line moved as I only had a short time during lunch. I will be back.

They were short of workers and that’s why it was slow. However those who were there worked hard and as fast as they possibly could they we’re friendly and worked steadily. Those in line like my family were more then willing to wait. It would be nice if we could order on line at this location.

My wife and I have been visiting this location for a few years now and the food has been consistent since day 1. Finally giving this place a 5 star review because of the service we received from an employee named Edward last week. The line was long and items were running low and you could tell other team members were running behind and Edward stepped up and helped multiple stations with a positive attitude to get the line flowing again. Employees like him and food like this is why I drive past Costa Vida and Chipotle with a smile.

I always have a great experience at this Cafe Rio! Zeta was working hard to keep the restaurant clean and to make customers feel welcome! I love the strawberry lemonade that has been added to the drink selection-it's so good!

I love this cafe Rio! I have had bad experiences at some other locations and this one outshines them all! The food is always fresh when we go, today Zeta made our day by giving us free samples of dessert! My mom always talks about wanting to drive from South Jordan to this one because it’s so much better than the one by her house!

Our experience today was great! Night and day difference from the last time we had come to this location. You can tell they are really trying to revamp and make this location better. Our food was great, made quickly and the service was awesome! The dining area was also clean and being kept up regularly while we were there.

Absolutely excellent experience at the Saratoga springs location! I placed a mobile order online and waited for it to be finished only to find out I goofed up and placed it for the wrong location that was 45 minutes away. I called to see if the order could be transferred and unfortunately it could not, but I went in to this location and explained the dilemma. They were extremely gracious and made my order for me and didn’t charge me anything. I appreciated the fact that this location did not need to rectify my mistake but they graciously did it with no fuss. Thanks so much! Happy to come eat at this location again!

One of the employees Aleah was very nice and did an amazing job taking care of us yesterday. She was witty and helpful, and made us feel excited to be there. The food was amazing too! love this location.

We love Cafe Rio! We had some problems with this location early on (mostly with orders not being correct), but they have been consistently good the past 2 years or so, if not even better than other locations. We love Zeta there -- she is just the sweetest!

Aleah was amazing though out my whole dining experience. She made cafe rio feel welcome and inviting. Super clean lobby and don’t get me started on the quality of the food 😍

Clean environment, the food was great, and the staff were all so friendly. Zeta gave us some mini samples of key lime pie which were heavenly!

I came in to grab chips and salsa. Diego helped me with my order. I think he is the friendliest employee I’ve ever met in the fast food industry. Thank you, Diego, for your cheerful spirit!

I love the new bowls! I’ve been eating bowls from Chipotle forever and these are just waaaay better(sorry Chipotle I still love you). If you are new to Utah this place should be at the top of your list of places to try! Zeta here at this location is amazing btw!

I love it here and my kids do too! It's very clean and food is on point each time. Zeta in the front is friendly and helpful when asking for anything.

If you want to eat at a place where the food is amazing and they make you feel like family when you walk in the door, this is the place!

Great staff. Always friendly and helpful. Kept clean and well stocked. Food is always good, although there have been a few visits where the sweet pork didn’t have any flavor. Great option for a quick meal.

I love Cafe Rio. The portions are large, the food is customizable, which I appreciate, and I live for the mint limeade. Sweet pork salad with cilantro lime dressing is my go to meal.

Arriving @ 9 and well-served. The salads were a little slighter than they have been, historically, but they were still pretty good. The cashier directed me to the app for a promo I wouldn't have seen. That's awesome! Triple points and saved me some $$.
