My son and I had a wonderful experience here. We dropped by to get help with my son’s charging port on his iPhone. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He had us out of there in less than 3 minutes with a cleaned out and fully functional charging port.

They replaced my camera. They replaced an expensive camera assembly with an affordable cost. I’m very pleased. Thank you owner of FixiT Mobile.

Best place to go for a screen replacement! I called 15+ other local shops for pricing to fix my iPad. For the same price as the other places, iQue provided me with an insurance against cracked screens (with a low deductible), a tempered glass screen protector, new case, AND waterproofed my device. Hands down best option if your screen recently became the "Spider-Man edition."

I called around to get pricing and this was the most competitive. Close to other errands I had to run. Customer service is great! I had my iPad replaced and they did an amazing job, they also gave me a courtesy called once they were done. Nicholas was very friendly!

Great experience working with FixIT Mobile. My phone speaker was having issues. Instead of trying to fix the speaker they started with cleaning my phone and that happened to fix the problem. They were very helpful and didn't charge me anything.

They were so friendly and helpful. They were able to get my device right in and fixed the same day but luck. It was fast, convenient, affordable, and the screen repaired. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

What a find! When my husband’s home button stopped working we thought he was going to have to replace his phone. He was thrilled when he learnedly could be repaired much cheaper and he got his battery replaced as well! Both my husband and I have been struggling with our phone batteries draining fast. FixIT Mobile was able to do the battery replacement on mine on the spot. Almost like we both have new phones! Great service and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend as a first stop for all phone needs!

Very knowledgeable and do what they can to be able to fix your device in store and did an amazing job and very reasonable pricing. Definitely way better than going to a actual phone provider/ store where it is super expensive without insurance and takes however long with that. VERY HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME😆

He was honest with me about the possible costs, but greatly surprised me when he was able to save the screen. I expected that it would need the screen just as a matter of course. But he cared about me and my money and worked to serve me rather than. Take advantage of my vulnerability being at his mercy. Great job and customer care. I will trust them explicitly.

My back camera glass on my phone was badly broken. I called around to multiple fix it shops. Fixit Mobile was by far the cheapest. They ordered the part in for me and called me when if arrived. The repair only took about 30 minutes. The customer service was very kind throughout the entire process. She informed me on all the things that may happen and was very honest with me. I even received a follow up text message inquiring if everything was working correctly. I may have been able to do this cheaper myself but I was happy to pay for the convenience and professional touch. I would recommend Fixit Mobile to anyone who is needing phone repairs. If I break my dang phone again, I would go back to Fixit Mobile to get it repaired. Great shop, great service, great people.

Service was quick and smooth, I was given a proper estimation to both time and price, even given a worst-case-scenario just in case. The employees I had met with were kind and professional, wasting no time and getting the job done. Definitely a great experience, I would absolutely recommend.

I had 2 broken ipads I desperately needed fixed in the fastest of times. I was able to walk in and get ready by dates within a couple days. The guys I interacted with were professional, helpful and kind. Will be going back if ever the need.

Such friendly and adequate service! I went in to this store helpless with my broken iPhone 6 and not only did they fix it in a timely manner, but the insurance plan they offer is awesome!! I completely trust them that they aren't going to rip me off and they were very prominent to keep me a happy, satisfied customer. I enjoyed every bit of my experience here at iQue and will be doing more business with them in the future. In the meantime, I'm recommending this place to everyone I know!!

Amazing customer service, the employees were among the nicest people I have met, great atmosphere, and they helped me with what I attempted days of to fix, in only a couple minutes.

My iPhone 6 home button stopped working suddenly. I called these guys up and brought it in to get it fixed. They replaced the home button within a couple hours, and it works perfectly now. Fast, friendly service and really expert mechanics – they're great with phone batteries as well. Any iPhone repair is going to be pricey, but these guys were reasonable and charged exactly what was quoted upfront. Definitely not bad compared to the cost of a new phone.

The cellphone insurance company used cheap replacement parts, canceled appointments, and brought the wrong part. And they couldn’t figure out why my phone was having problems. I was without a phone for a month!
FixIt Mobile diagnosed my problems, replaced the cheap parts and tested everything and had my phone back to me in two hours!

I had a great experience. I needed a new battery for my phone. They replaced it quickly (but took the time to test it and make sure it worked), then they followed up a week later to make sure everything was still good. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Highly recommend.

I went to the Verizon beforehand where I was overwhelmed and told I either had to buy a new phone or pay for insurance ($200), the only useful information they gave was to go to this repair shop, my iPhone XS got water damage and the employee working here explained components and was very helpful, he fixed my phone in under 15 minutes and had me ready to continue.back to work where I need my phone everyday.

I've been in to see these guys on a variety of occasions. Each time, I was greeted by a friendly employee, given fast service, and came out with my phone working where it hadn't been before. I've never felt that their prices were anything less than fair for the work they've done. I have no reason to go elsewhere at this stage. They've always provided a great service at a fair price. Good business model, if you ask me. Keep it up Fixit Mobile, and I'll keep coming back.
