Fashion Q

I have been going to this store for a few months now and I love it so much! they have so many cute clothes and accessories Fashion Q has been my favorite clothing store ever since I discovered it! I rate it a 5 star it's great!

I've been inside couple of times and I love how welcoming this store is. The place has plenty of lightning which helps make this place feel welcoming. They have plenty of clothes to try and they do have sales regularly. If you haven't been here do come by and check it out

I'm posting on my husband's account as I don't have a gmail.

I'm a female shopper and have been shopping at different Fashion Q locations for years. I have never had issues with shopping at this store until I shopped at the 2 Fashion Q locations in the Valencia mall.

So first of all - there are TWO Fashion Q stores at this mall which I have no idea why. They are literally the same company and don't allow returns at each other's stores if they don't carry the same items as the other.

One time I attempted to return one of the items to the store I did not buy from and they sent me back to the original store I went to when I found something I wanted to exchange for.

Also, I recently made a purchase at the Burbank store I was visiting and needed to make a return in Valencia since I'm close to Valencia. However, the lady at the downstairs Fashion Q was so rude and said she could not return my pants because they don't have exactly those same pants and that she could not sell them.

How weird is that?! They actually carry the same brand those pants were but in other styles. How is it you can't sell those pants?

One other thing I don't like is that Fashion Q hasn't opened up dressing rooms since the pandemic. It seems like it's probably helping them sell more since they don't accept returns and people can't try on things to make their items fit them perfectly.

Never shopping here again!!!

One star because I went in with the hopes of getting $100 worth of clothes and ended up getting nothing because one of their workers kept following me around and no I'm not exaggerating. I went with my sister and every time I moved the worker would move wherever I was headed. I feel like she was racially profiling me since I am Mexican and a bit dark. I left super annoyed. Never going to this location again. & Just because I like to look around the store doesn't mean I'm going to steal.. I'm not from this area I wanted to see what they had and hopefully get some clothes but no.. & everything is so unorganized and crowded. Seems like they get their shipment of clothes and just stacked everything I couldn't even walk between the clothing aisles. Overall bad experience.

I bought 4 pairs of Jeans and they all smell like Gun Powder. I tried washing them several times and they still smell horrible.
