Michaels

Placed an order online for curbside pickup. Short staffed so I had to go inside. No biggie for me. Just realize curbside pickup might mean store pickup. Everything I ordered was in the bag and ready for me.

Found the cutest 1st Day Of......board and it has The Last Day Of ..... on the backside. Very inexpensive compared to some of the other stores around too.

This is a well-stocked, clean store that is organized well. I can typically find an employee to point me in the right direction if I can't find something. In fact, tonight, an employee helped me to plan decorations for a Christmas tree I was dreading decorating. Tremendously helpful! Typically the checkout lines are reasonable as well.

Good selection and great rewards program.

I got help from a really nice manager named Betty. She helped me find some stuff to decorate my house that wouldn't damagey walls. I could get lost in this store easily haha, lots of stuff for creative minds.

Service was excellent! I needed to get a very special painting framed and I had no idea what I wanted other than rustic. I was offered several suggestions as far as frame and mat. The choice was tough to make, but we were able to come up with the perfect package. I can't wait to see it hanging in my cabin.😁

Clean and well stocked store. They had a bigger needlework section then most of the other Michaels in the area and that was very nice to see and appreciated. I was happy that I could go to pick up my fabric in person.

Definitely our family's go to spot for all our crafting and art supplies. No better in person selection anywhere. And they have great seasonal products too. Gotta hit up Michael's next time you're doing fun or artsy project!!

Michaels is a great store for Crafts, school projects, toys for kids, squishies, and so much more! The squishy brands are Orb and creatology. Not a Michaels brand, but thats completely ok.

Well merchandised, very neat and clean. Had everything I was looking for that I had seen online. Cashier was friendly and courteous. Overall a great shopping experience. I will definitely go there again.

When shopping on Friday, September 25, two different clerks asked if I needed any assistance. They were friendly alert,and knowledgeable. In the past, I have seldom seen sales staff other than those stocking the shelves. I found everything on my list.

Always great service! Very rarely do I have to go to another store due to something being out of stock. I purchase 99% of my crafting supplies here.

I went for an online pickup. The staff was friendly and had my order ready when I went to checkout. They even found me in the store when they had a question. Great selection and great deals. This birthday card making was done with supplies from Michael's.

My wife returned an internet purchase to the store. The order was really was messed up but the management and clerks worked hard to fix it and make it right.

I love the variety of stuff they have.. When I go on this store I'm there for hours and I ALWAYS spend way too much money..

I love to store Michaels it's my favorite store but the one in Carlisle needs to get motorized carts

Last time I was there, the associates were great. Good selection craft supplies. Although I wasn't there 3 weeks ago.

Always has what I need.
Most of the time, it is on sale.
I often get inspiration from just browsing through the aisles.
The staff are so helpful.
