Burlington

Very well organized store. You can tell the employees take pride in keeping the store presentable. The prices are the most competitive of any Burlington's I've visited.

I shopped there this afternoon (11/14) and had very good experience. I have a lot of merchandise causing the line to be backed up. Anyway, a couple of counters were opened up because of that. I was at counter 1( I don't have the name of the cashier) but she awesome, had great personality and great customer service. I was not rushed and she took her time to make sure I got a discount on an item as listed (the register was stating that the price was invalid; most stores usually tell people that they have to leave the item if there an issue but the cashier asked for help and make sure I got the item!! The store had nice things too at great value. It was clean and well organized! My overall rating is based on my interaction with the cashier.

The clothes are cheap ,good and it stay open until 10pm....if u need to grab something last minute

I'm so happy that a Burlington store is near me. They just need more products, I think everyone does not know they're open. I Love the Orchid plant I bought today.

They have some really good deals but you have to act fast cause it will be gone the next time

Shaneice is the best worker her so far, ((I really hoped I spelled her name right)) very pleasant attitude made me feel warmed and welcome. Asked me all the beautiful questions that come with shopping. I’ve been shopping her since it open and she’s been the best person. Wonderful customer service skills.

I was just there earlier this week and this fabulous employee not only greeted me and helped me found what I was looking for. She also was just extremely pleasant and extraordinary hard working with her recommendations. Her expertise towards her job was fantastic. She made my shopping experience a 10/10. I believe she told me her name was Alexa!

Friday morning 9/16/2023within an hour of opening...@the West Florissant location...the Cashier/Clerk was so friendly...so nice...so attentive...so respectful...I literally returned the same day and made another purchase.
One of the best customer service experiences in the Lou and at Burlington in what seems like ages ago. Like when they were formerly known as the the Coat Factory.

I never walk out of Burlington empty handed.
The store is clean and has lots of items for purchase. Food, clothes home decor all in one. Budget friendly too.

Still has good deals but long line to check out

Cashier Ahnicia was amazing and really helpful she needs a raise or sum lol :)

I love that you can do all your Christmas shoping at one time in Burlington! You will even find lots of great stuff for yourself as well....now, if only they would get more checkers/ lines open.

This place just opened up in a few days for Grand Opening. There were a lot of people in the store. Face masks are required.
