My last experience with GNC at Dulles Town Center was pretty good.
They are very helpful. When you walk in the store they try and help you find what you need or make suggestions to help you if you need it. They do everything they can to make your shopping experience positive. They have lots of stuff you can't find in most places which is great. They do what they can to get you what you need if they don't have something you're looking for as well. Just a really great place. They have very good customer service by the store manager Diana she is very knowledgeable for all products in the a store. They have good value. They have sales and large amounts of stuff so you get your money's worth. They do what they can to help make it cost effective which is great and really helpful nowadays.
For this reason, due to the good service and special attitude of the Diana store manager, I driving from downtown DC to GNC - Dulles Town Center.

I experienced great customer service when I had to exchange a protein powder that wasn't working for me. Nabi the store manager went above and beyond to assist me since I did not have my receipt with me. This store is also open until 8 pm according to him.

I compete in body building and known what I need so I typically do most of my supplement shopping online to avoid dealing with sales representatives. I was running low on a few essentials and decided to get them at GNC while I was out. I must admit that this time was an awesome experience! I stopped in "real quick" to grab a few things and couldn't have been more impressed. From the friendly greeting to how knowledgeable Diana was who also competed! It was enjoyable just to talk supplements with an associate who actually KNOWS what they are talking about! I definitely can't get this type of customer service and knowledgeable staff shopping from my computer. I promised Diana I'll do my shopping there if she can teach me about a new supplement everytime I come back and she gladly accepted my challenge! See you next week!

Diana is spectacular, she's the best gnc employee I've experienced in all my years of coming there. She knows her stuff and focuses on giving the best deal for the customer, providing excellent customer service.

I visit GNC very often. The employees are really nice and explain to me everything in details. I think it is the best place if you want to achieve your goals. The store manager was really nice and paid me a lot of attention.

Aaron was especially knowledgeable and attentive to customer needs. I will be back to this GNC and this GNC only! Way to staff location! Someone needs a raise..

Farhana helped me with my rewards points letting me know they were high and also reviewed my address after stating I haven't gotten my ProBox in the mail and that was the reason. Great customer service!

I learn a piece of science every time I go in, Diana is very educated and explains every ingredient in every product, she always greets me with a smile. Best GNC location in the DMV I have shopped in!

Everyone if very polite and explains in details, they always tell me about all sales going in as soon as I walk in so I can plan my monthly shopping, I highly appreciate them carrying about my budget, unlike other supplement chains that only see me as a dollar sign!
