The service was amazing! We went in looking for specific shoes and the advisor jumped in to help us with sizing. Though they did not have my size, he explained the other models and brought me the closest models and sizes. They also offered to order the shoes I wanted in my size with my order and not charge shipping. It made it convenient to get everything I needed in one go.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I was helped my the manager I believe her name was Ana. Amazing worker, attended the me as soon as I entered helped me find the shoes I needed and made check out quick and easy. Overall great experience I appreciate her so much!!!

Came here to exhange a gift. Store had three employees. Only one could use the register, the other two were standing around. The person helping us only seemed partially knowledgeable about the Birkenstocks we were looking at, but he was very helpful in bringing out a few examples from the store room. Store employee setup was kind of weird, but service was not bad overall, prices are typical mall prices. Could most likely find a better price online if you know exactly what you need without trying.

Terrible service! We were in this weekend and there were 2 workers there, one I believe was on her break. The other girl was staring at phone when we walked in and didn’t acknowledge us. Three different times I went to the counter, she was looking at her phone and didn’t acknowledge me until I said something or the other worker told her I was standing there. My daughter tried on shoes and couldn’t tell if they had enough room for growing so I asked the girl to check them. She looked at me like I had two heads. “Check them?” I said “Yes, to see if there’s room” and she said “I don’t know what you mean” then asked my daughter how they felt. She brought out more boxes, handed them to us, made no effort to help us lace the Vans or do anything beyond walking them out. I’d give negative stars but we did find what we needed, with almost no help from the staff and an extremely unpleasant experience. We won’t be returning to this location.

I would give zero stars if i could. If any of you are UNLUCKY enough to get KEN helping you. Good luck. Ken was the rudest and most disrespectful employee i have ever came in contact with. He spoke to me with attitude and disrespect when i asked to return an UNOPENED box of shoes which you can do - i spoke With customer service twice. KEN would not let me return the shoes i ordered (In the wrong size) and then couldn’t give me an answer when i asked Him why. He was sarcastic and rude when i tried To explain to him that customer service allows you to return unopened boxes which he claimed i couldnt. Clearly, he was just lazy and didn’t wanna do the return. He has no people skills and no customer service skills. So good luck i sure As heck won’t be supporting the journeys at Dulles EVER again.

I bought shoes for my husband and the first day I used them they were damaged 😞😞😞 very bad experience

I was waiting for over 10 minutes, the store was unattended, I had to scream out loud so they can hear me on the back

Journey's has like 7 things to choose from haha. Not a lot of options.
