This Store is really wonderful!! They are friendly, reliable and knowledgeable!! The owner, Eric sets a great example and the people who work there reflect his values!

I rarely write reviews but I always have the best experience here. The customer service is unmatched. Chad specifically is incredibly kind, calm, and just overall very helpful and accommodating. I had to ship 19 small packages all across the country and a couple internationally and Chad handled it like a pro. He didn’t make me feel like a burden or inconvenience at all. He deserves a raise. Thank you!

I use that location for all of my shipping needs, at every visit there the people helping me have ALWAYS been super helpful, kind, patient and always have smile on their faces. Also I have never had to wait for service, as far as I have experienced that has been the way other customers have been treated also.

Friendly helpful staff. Staff is always willing to answer questions and help out. I have used shredding, photocopying, shipping, packaging, and purchasing materials.

I needed to ship a vintage sewing machine with iron stand and wood case. Eric packed it beautifully, investigated the cheapest options for shipping, found ways to dismantle the stand that saved shipping and left instructions for reassembly inside, calling me several times after I left it at the store to make sure what I wanted. He left nothing undone to ensure it arrived safely and that I was satisfied. He gets Six Stars in my book. Thanks, Eric!

I’ve had multiple positive experiences at this UPS store! The staff is very attentive and kind. Erik has been incredibly accommodating with every job. Just worked with Kelsie — so personable and helpful. Quality printing, great products.

This store knows how to help. From printing, shipping, Amazon returns, Charter returns to Notary services. I have had wonderful experiences with all. They are very helpful and know how to get things taken care of efficiently.

Erik is super fast and efficient. He makes sure you are in and out but well taken care of. I always choose to go to this location. I am a hairstylist and I work with people everyday, so it’s nice getting serviced by someone who seems to like his job, as well as people. Thank you Erik!

I visited the Monona UPS store on 9/10/2020 at about 6:00 PM, and just want to say how helpful Abby was! She rocks. She helped me figure out my spotty wi-fi and my Amazon return. She even walked me through cancelling a return that I mistakenly started for Kohl's drop off.

Erik is a godsend. He helped me not only mail Xmas presents, but also printed some return labels and helped me mail those, too! He just took care of everything, was thorough, patient, and sweet, all while helping other customers expeditiously, as well. What a delightful experience. I will be going here instead of the post office whenever possible!

Erik and his team couldn’t be more wonderful! Answered all my questions, excellent customer service, experts in what they do, and know my on a first name basis! Love the text updates when my package arrives. I have my UPS Box there for business and I couldn’t be happier!

This store goes above and beyond EVERY TIME with out fail to provide THE BEST customer service. I rarely am inspired to take the time to write a review, but this store deserves one. I have had multiple encounters with more than one UPS store since my occupation requires frequent shipping. This store has always helped me out. Once a shipment was damaged on route. I had to make a claim. The store owner handled everything seamlessly for me and I was quickly reimbursed.

I highly recommend this UPS Store for everything. Eric, Mark, Chad and Dayne are just fantastic. Love this UPS Store.

I visit this UPS store several times per week. It is always like going to visit friends. Abby and Kelsie and Eric are big reasons why I have had a box there for over 10 years. They are an integrated part of my business and I don't honestly know what I would do without them.

Have taken Amazon returns here several times. Workers are always friendly, polite, and courteous.

I started using ups rather than fed s few years ago because of their great service. The ups staff on Monona dr in Madison are always friendly and helpful. All my package were delivered on time and in perfect condition.

This UPS site is really on the ball. They understand international shipping, do an excellent job packing and generally cater to the customer. They are my favorite store.
