AT&T Store

Anita was very helpful and informative in helping me select a device that met my personal needs and remained attentive despite the store being busy. Despite there being plenty of other customers, I never felt like an after-thought. Good store, good people.

Kyle was filling in and working alone on the day we came in to switch over to AT&T. He was super patient, really knowledgeable, balanced helping us and helping everyone else in the store. He crushed it and had us out within an hour with no issues or problems. Easiest transaction I've ever experienced. So glad I left Verizon and Comcast for these guys.

You can get a cell phone anywhere but not many offer service after the sale. Anita and her team (shoutout Denise) still care about customers, and it shows. The store is well staffed and has a bunch of phone and accessory options. Upgrade your device and experience hometown service.

Nic is one of the most helpful, patient, and qualified people I’ve met working at this store over the past decade. The store and service has undergone renovations, service upgrades, and more to make for an incredibly helpful and efficient. Despite a county wide labor shortage and staffing crisis due to multiple variables, he has managed to provide an undefeated status as one of the most patient people I’ve seen in this industry. Not only has he excelled at proving his grounds and knowledge in tech to help, not sway, tech decisions, but he’s an absolute champ with unruly customers. An all around amazing person and perfect representing for this branch.

Michael was the first associate to solve a billing problem that I was trying to solve for three billing periods.
Michael was patient, calm, and stayed on the phone with an agent until both parties could reach an agreement.
Can't thank Michael enough!

The manager in everyone in the store work together and helped me with my situation. And they are very good at what day they do.

Christian was the only person working on the day we came in. He was exceptionally helpful and professional, and juggled 2 existing customers, myself and 2 others after me with absolute grace. In my countless experiences at various AT&T store locations, Christian’s customer service exceeds even the best of the best.

Tearsa did a fantastic job getting me a new phone day of, after my last phone stopped working that morning. She was even able to save me money on my bill after upgrading to a more expensive phone!

Sarah was awesome and explained everything to me no matter how many dumb questions I asked lol. She rocks! I was in and out in no time with my new phone ordered and all my questions answered. I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this store over the years.

Today I was passing through Colorado I needed to secure I solid phone plan for my travels of the US. I stopped into the AT&T Center and was helped by young man named Zach he was extremely courteous and knowledgeable you got me set up in no time and I was able to continue to caravan along the state with my coworkers without missing a beat. Highly recommend this location. Service was first class, he even open the door for me on my way out.

Arther was excellent he made sure I was more than satisfied with my service,checked all of the current deals to make sure I was getting the best offers, even when I had frustrations they kept the experience light and happy the best customer service I’ve ever had; there was another representative in the store as well while I was there and she was helpful, intelligent and kind they helped me with everything from my broken phone to the best way to get an upgrade right there in the store making sure I would leave my experience setting up the new phone having been helped with deals on accessories and even working with my work schedule that day assuring that I get the phone before closing time !! This is the only store I’m going to from now on wonderful trustworthy customer service . Christian also met all of my electronic needs with a positive attitude and timely matter! Definitely recommend this Dillon store location!

My husband and I would dread going to the AT&T store in Dillon Colorado. Due to long lines and horrible customer service . Yesterday when we arrived, greeted by such friendly people Sara and Christian. Sara was really fun to work with and super professional and Christian was full of phone knowledge!!!
We left so happy 😊 star 🌟 employees are hard to find!!!

We had help from an employee named Christian, he was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. He helped us get exactly what wanted, along with discounts we were eligible for.
This experience was a hundred times better team when we visited the Verizon store in the area, which was shady at best (seemed like employees got commission off of phone sales)

Heather was great! This store is always a little busy, but I never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Heather was extremely nice and helpful, she got me set up with my new phone ASAP! Would highly recommend this store, they are efficient for sure

Chris was a great help to me on fixing my phone. All my files were full and I didn't know how to move the files. Chris was so fast and quick, he fixed my phone in less than 5 minutes. He explained to me on how to fix it if it happens again.He is a very pleasant and nice person. I will always have him help me in the future if anything else goes wrong with my phone. I am so very pleased with this place. Kyle was so awesome, a real person! Even though I didn't want service with them but another provider he still treated me like a valued customer! I would highly recommend this place! I couldn't get ahold of anyone with the many numbers on Google for customer service and he helped me with everything I needed.

My experience was top notch. Kyle the store manager was a model employee, ultra knowledgeable, and very patient with my situation. I don't give 5 stars unless it's earned and he made my trip to the store a dream.
