True Blue Coffee & Gelato

Glad we found this coffee shop! The avo smash toast was super delicious and so was the ham and swiss croissant. Also the coffee was tasty. Great service and we were given recommendations on the best breakfast items on the menu and they didn’t disappoint.

Fantastic barista super friendly! Delicious coffee, and the gelato is smooth and creamy can’t complain fantastic place if you’re in town.

(Plant-based reviewer) YES!!! This place is a YES!! They have VEGAN vanilla bean gelato and bonus - they will pour espresso shots over it! They also make an excellent oatmilk latte and offer avocado toast among other things.

Great coffee shop. Love the interior very warm and cozy inside. When the weather is warm they have a pretty big outdoor seating area. Great place to grab coffee quick breakfast or gelato. They have a good selection of baked goods as well. The staff is nice and friendly. Highly recommend stopping in.

Do yourself a favor and experience what has to the best gelato, pastries and coffee in Summit County area. Freshly baked pastries and freshly brewed coffee aromas hit you as you walk in. The outside area has the most scenic view of the Colorado mountains shadowing Lake Dillon and you’re 15 minutes walk to Lake Dillon. If you sit inside you get the best mountain views any cafe could ever hope to have! Friendly staff and owner Graeme always there to help out and very knowledgeable of the local area! Stop there on your way to skiing, hiking or bike riding! 5 stars! I’ll be back!

True blue has delicious coffee and pastries. The dog friendly outdoor patio has a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. I wish they had mugs and glasses instead of only disposable cups though!

Great place, I drove around to find a nice place to drink my coffee, I'm picky about it you know, but the place is great, ambiance is super cool, modern hippie chick style, attendant were great, easy going but super respectful, the croissant baked at order made it better and the Coffee is really good, the blend they use is pert for latte and sure to do an espresso. Will definitely drive back from Vail to get coffee here.

This place is awesome! The barista Micaela was very sweet and patient with my order cuz I couldn’t decide what to order but she help me out with it! The environment is very peaceful and beautiful. I’d definitely go back !

I just went to True Blue for the first time, and I highly enjoyed it. I got the sea salt caramel with truffles gelato, and it was delicious! It was only $4 for a single scoop, too, and $1 for every additional scoop I think. I expected it to be a lot more than that, so that was a nice surprise, as well. There was only one guy working, so he had to help the people wanting coffee and the ones wanting gelato. There was a little bit of a wait because of this, but he was extremely efficient and good at his job, and more than that, he was incredibly fun and helpful. It's a nice shop with a nice atmosphere, great workers, and great gelato (and I'm sure the coffee is delicious, too!)

The owners are the absolute kindest people! And their gelato is amazing! They have 4 dairy free options, and they are so good! Awesome food, amazing coffee, and gorgeous views!

Absolutely love this place! You do have to be patient they’re very meticulous when making drinks/food which is a good thing unless you’re in a hurry of course! Breakfast sandwiches are AMAZING!

Nothing to complain about. No coffee barista snobs here! Very friendly staff. Coffee was delicious. Croissant was amazing. Bought beans as well to take home and they were tasty. Gelato looked delicious but I didn’t try it myself.

The gelato is soooo good! I also had a breakfast bagel and cappuccino which were both very good as well.

Went to true blue coffee this morning for an Americano and a breakfast sandwich. They have a lovely atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. I got a croissant sausage egg and cheese. I can honestly say it's the best breakfast sandwich I've ever had. The coffee is pretty dang good too.

Super Good coffee, bagles, muffins and soup of the day. The Gelato is sooo good! And the service is super friendly!

Amazing affogato (ice-cream with espresso). I got one with Belgian dark chocolate and made a great combination. Perfect for the summer .

Nice sitting area outside with great views.

They have pretty cool "river tabletops" with coffee grains making it look like rocks on a river. Great thought.
