Sabor Mazatlan, Dillon

This place is so good if you understand this isn’t your average gringo mex joint. This is coastal Mexican with a focus on seafood, preferably raw and cured in lime juice. The aguachile roja and the tostada Mazatlan are not to be missed. The fried whole tilapia is incredible. We’ve eaten here multiple years in a row during a ski trip and it’s always the highlight of our visit. If you eat seafood, this is your place.

This was my first time at Sabor Mazatlan. It was a terrific place, I had the seafood chile relleno and it was amazing. It is seafood centric but there are other options for folks who don't eat seafood.

I come often to this place. The food is definitely the best Mexican food I’ve had in Colorado. What I like is the chef keeps changing the menu with tasty items which gives diversity whenever we come. If you’re in the area avoid other places and come straight to Sabor Mazatlán. 10/10

10 OUT OF ABSOLUTE 10!!!!! Absolutely incredible food, I got the shrimp fajita and strawberry mojito. And at the end we thought the tables were heated but they weren’t it was because the plates stayed warm THE WHOLE TIME. I may be tipsy because of the fire mojito but honestly, I have a ride home and tomorrow is my birthday. Anyways go here thanks byeeeeeee

Friendly waiter, extensive menu. Always a good sign to see people of same ethnic group eating there.
Football game was put on the TVs, for those who care.
Beer in draft or bottle is kinda expensive at $6.25, but it's in the mountains, where lots of stuff is more costly.
Chips and salsa are immediately brought to table.

Lived within walking distance since these guys opened, and I am sad to say we just got around to trying them out. OUTSTANDING menu, and full of amazing flavors. Camarones Mayo was excellent. Portions were too big for this big boy to finish, but rather than splitting it with someone else at your table, I would recommend taking half of it home for leftovers. When the rice and sauces all blend together, it's even better the following day!

Stopped in for lunch with my Yucatecan wife. High marks for authenticity and flavors. Delicious tacos, rice and beans. We will be back. Great service, super clean.

Buddy and I Stopped in on way home from an ice fishing trip.

We were greeted immediately, experienced exceptional service, and the food was great. Had two carne asada platters and queso fondito. Everything was very good, hot, and portions were generous! Definitely recommend.

Aquachile that you would be happy with at literally any restaurant anywhere. Fish and seafood preps that are so much better than they have any right to be. One of the best parts about skiing at Keystone.

This restaurant is FANTASTIC. Must order the seafood dishes. Ceviche, aguachile, mazatlan tostada, fried fish - all incredible. Honestly if I were served these dishes at high end restaurants I would be more than happy. Plus their margaritas are delicious. Will definitely be back next time we are in town.

Was hesitant to order from this place. Reviews were very mixed. I think the ones that gave it a low rating were more complaining about the staff being unfriendly. Ordered food to go and was very happy with everything. The tampiquena was very flavorful. The mole sauce was delicious. The Guac and nachos were pretty standard. Queso was good and the portion was big. I would definitely order from this place again. I would stay away from ordering the more bland food like chicken fajitas and go with the more traditional dishes.

A MUST TRY!! Seafood lovers will have a feast. Don't worry plenty of other dishes to choose from. I had the veggie tacos and they were delicious. The white rice on the carne asada was amazing. You must try it while in town.

I can't understand how this place was totally empty on Sunday morning when every other breakfast place had long waits. Chilaquiles with carne asada and the breakfast burrito were both soooo good. Service was friendly and helpful.

Walked in and noticed this establishment is very clean, even the bathroom. The staff super friendly and the service exceptional very swift. Food was very delicious well seasoned.

We were recommended by the hotel we stayed at to try the fish Tacos here. I decided to get 4 tacos. Fish, Chicken, Steak and a Shrimp taco. All were the best I have ever had! The price was a little more than we would have liked to spend but after getting our meals it was worth it!!!

Great chicken fajitas and strawberry margarita. Prompt service. Would definitely come again!

I’m visiting from Australia and before coming here I had not had a great deal of Mexican food but it is now my favourite place in Summer County

Best Mexican food I’ve had in a while! Would definitely recommend.

Best chilaquiles I have tried. Carne asada meal is wonderful also. Marco and Mayra always take care of us and the service is amazing.
