City Market

I thought it was surprisingly busy for a Sunday evening. That being said.. plenty of product on the shelves. Bottled water and energy drinks were a bit barren, but there were still enough options. Prices were not unreasonable. Visiting from the Midwest, logistics to get product to stores is much less of an issue.. so I don't feel like prices were bad at all. Staff was helpful, too.

Super busy on weekends BUT the staff is amazing 👏 the shelves are always fully stocked and everybody working is helpful and friendly. I give this grocery store a 5+

They should figure out how to plow the parking lot overnight. It gets a little difficult pushing a heavy cart on moguls that you would find on a ++black 💎

Listen, I don't know what they pay the deli guy that was working today around 3 or 4, but its not enough. He was friendly and fast. Addressed everyone that walked up, even while making other people's orders. Give him a bonus!

I worked here from 2017 to 2019 in the produce department and it provided a possitive working environment

I like thus place. Nice Grocery store. Has everithing. You can order for you girl you Christmas dinner or dinner for groupyou just come here and Pick it Up

During ski season this place is really busy on weekends to the point where it can be hard to find a parking spot especially on the afternoon. Also alot of stuff will get bought up and some popular things in particular will be missing. Come as early as you can to avoid the crowds and the tourists who are usually brash, entitled, and rude.

Decent supermarket with some fine extras. Reasonably priced. A lot of pre made foods to choose from.

One of my favorite city markets, the remodel was well done. Good layout for checkout, deli and veg.

Great selection... Especially for the mountains. This is significantly better than a lot of higher end Denver grocery stores. Speciality cheeses, meats. She can't beat the view

Great coffee selection, good deli, and friendly service.

I left my wallet at the cash register by mistake. I called the next morning and they had it in the safe. All my cards and cash were still there. Very thankful for the help and integrity of these employees!

Compliments to the Bakery for the delicious. Purchased a Toffee Apple and a Triple Cherry. Crust was flacky and ingredients ie apples and cherries were abundant!

I want to thank, from the bottom of my heart, the following three people at this store: Mark (Management), Alex (Deli) and Ariana ( Bakery). They are absolutely the truest examples of customer service at its finest...here is a little background...I live out of state and it was my son's birthday. He had to work on his birthday and I wanted to send balloons and a cake to his workplace as a surprise. I learned how difficult it is to find delivery is in that area...Instacart was not an option for me...no other options...I felt defeated...I wanted my son to have a Happy day...I did finally find someone who would go to the store to pick up the items and bring to his work place - Now - I know how busy that store is! With that being said, when I called to finally place the order and time was of the essence, the way they treated me on the phone, it was if I was standing in front of them in the store ( it is rare to be treated so well on the phone these days) --- they were so kind and caring...they went out of their way to help me...the times I have been in this store when we visited Dillon, the staff was always so warm and friendly and helpful...but this, to be out of state and be treated and to be made to feel valued, like I mattered, I will not soon forget. Thank you City Market - Mark, Alex and Ariana

Shout out to the man in the pick-up department that i spoke to to cancel my grocery order because the key item wasn't available. He actually tracked it down AND a substitution for another item. That is top notch service and beyond what i expected. I am so very thankful!

Very convenient grocery store located in the mountains plenty of selection and great service! But you better bring some extra money with you because it's the most expensive store that I've ever shopped at, but that's understandable they have to ship everything in the store over Loveland pass through the Eisenhower tunnel and that's what you're paying for! Plus the manager of the store is a true leader and you can tell through the service you get there!

In addition to being a very well-organized grocery store with a lot of variety and excellent products, the customer service at City Market Dillon is top notch. Case in point: When shopping at City Market recently, my girlfriend and I left a cellphone behind and didn't realize until a few hours later. We called and went back, and while the employees were very helpful and sympathetic, we had no luck. A friendly cart attendant told us that we'd have better luck if we checked back at 10 p.m., before the store closes, because that's when they do a cart inventory. We took his advice, but did not have high hopes. But sure enough, when we called at 10 p.m., a friendly customer service rep not only remembered us from earlier in the day but informed us that they had found the phone and would hold onto it for us until we could retrieve it. Thanks City Market!

Great selection of most everything and reasonable prices, the only negative is that during the busy season the parking lot is a zoo and the store can be a little crowded. The negatives have nothing to do with how well the store is run (which is great), but more so really inconsiderate customers. Personally I do my shopping before 7:00 am or after 10:00 pm during the busy season.

Great customer service! My family and I (15) came from Texas for 4 days. When ended up getting snowed in two of the days. Luckily, the staff here was very helpful and the prices are great!
