I had Claudia help me 2 lines and she was very helpful, very knowledgeable. Beautiful person inside out highly recommend this metro PCs I've been to others and they were not helpful at all.

Customer service is great. There's one young lady that we have dealt with for over a year now. And she is awesome she will go above and beyond to help us out and get the best price possible.

I haven't had a customer service experience like this, he was so kind and knew exactly what I needed, I begining my business and he went above and beyond my expectation he gave me advise on marketing and told me about the great plans and how they will help with my business, I'll be returning to this store for all my troubles and I'll make sure to let my friends and family know about this young man! The team at this store is Amazing!! If I could give 10 stars I would. Darid and Juan really worked hard to make sure I got the best deal. Darid was up front and honest while Juan diligently worked to set up my phones. I came in looking to bring my number over from Boost, after Darid explained the plans, and how they are better for me I ended up with 4 phones and cases for all of them. You guys earned a customer for LIFE!! Keep up the good work!

Danny the mobile expert helped me through out the whole transaction, he diligently stayed within my budget range which I greatly appreciate. Also his team both Justin and Juan are excellent at pulling the necessary levers to get what I need.

I have been a client with MetroPCS for the past 18 years. Since moving back home to Dade City, FL in 2019, the staff at 14821 US Hwy 301 have been awesome. They are very patient, professional and knowledgeable of the products. They will go the extra mile to assist you with choosing the right product(s) for your budget. Whenever I have a problem, they are always so helpful to resolve the issue. They encourage you to come back if you have any other issues as well as any questions you may need answered. Keep up the outstanding job Jose, Juan and Darid. You guys are the best. 👏🙌👍

I hope this is the right store. Over the last few days I’ve had issues with my phone, nothing to do with metro itself just a phone issue. There is 2 gentlemen’s working in the store one is Juan and the other is Jose. Both of these guys are amazing. Very cheerful and nice. Very helpful both with smiles on their face. I was in Zephyrhills and needed to get to a metro store. I didn’t stop in Zephyrhills, I drove to Dade City because of how helpful these 2 guys were with helping me. Both of them have amazing customer service skills. I refuse to go to any other metro store now. Thanks for having really nice people working in your stores.

Jose & Juan were fantastic, I haven't had a customer service experience like this, the were helpful generous and very informative, they got my daughter a stylo and she loves it so much, I'll definitely come back and look for these gentleman

The staff were all very helpful and assisted me in finding the perfect phone and plan that fit my needs. In particular, Danny provided excellent customer service and answered all of my questions. I look forward to my next visit to this location!

I went in with my wife and was helped by Jose . Jose was as good as any one could be he took his time and explaned everything . He was very friendly and answered all our questions if I ever need anything phone related im going to go there !!

Cuba was a real gentleman, assisted quickly and sharply with my device.jauan and another young guy helped with all my transfers and made me smile to the pointe the sun felt my tears of joy..love this store..if you stop by dnt be afraid to ask for assistance..

Thanks to Juan I was able to upgrade my phone after having the old one for more than 3 years and he was patient enough to make sure all my important family photos was transferred to the new one. Muchas gracias.

Why I'm giving them a 5 is because I talk to customer service on the phone they stayed on the phone with me all the way up to the MetroPCS store to get my uncle's phone correct he needed his old number he did not want a new number they did fix the problem that he was having I appreciate them for doing everything making his life simple

I had issues with my phone but the kind young men, Juan and Daniel, helped resolve my issue in a polite and professional way.
