Warhammer Store and Cafe Los Angeles

The staff are this store are awesome. Went in back in September and had my first game to learn how to play my Chaos Daemons with some other new people, since then I've been back several times to get minis.

If it wasn't a 30min+ drive I'd be here often.

Awesome store! The epitome of a Warhammer gaming store but much more. Thank you Cole for updating me on 10th edition rules and thank you to Stephen for answering my painting questions. Both employees very patient and answered all my questions. Customer service is extraordinary! Thank you!

Cool store. My then six-year-old convinced me to stop by and boy did we end up staying for longer than planned. The employees were really nice and talked to my son about the merchandise in the store. He is still talking about the cool "plane" he saw at this store and wants it when he is bigger.

A slick, highly visual experience of all things Games Workshop. If you enjoy Warhammer, 40k, or any of the specialist games, this place will amaze you.

The retail area is large and well stocked. All current GW lines are available, including Forge World and "online only" items.

The center of the space features a cafe with Warhammer-themed drinks.

There are also tables for building & painting and gaming tables covered in terrain.

The staff are generally helpful, but they are also trained in GW's legendarily aggressive sales tactics.

Despite trying their hardest to get you to buy, buy, buy, they are also fellow hobbyists that can offer helpful tips and ideas on modeling, painting, or game strategy.

This review is SO overdue, but this store was fantastic and the people are wonderful and super helpful. My boyfriend had been trying to find a copy of the 1st edition 40k rule book for years, and I found out about the reprint by accident from the San Diego store. They suggested I call the flagship store in Monrovia and see if I could reserve one, which the Monrovia store did let me do. When I came to pick up everyone was super sweet. Thank you guys so much! My boyfriend loved the book and was extremely touched by the gesture. It definitely added something special to our anniversary.
Note: store is dog friendly, which is a bonus.

Came in not knowing what to expect, and left feeling good I stopped in. The staff is very friendly and they teach you everything about the WARHAMMER. I had no idea it was a game. I came in looking for comic books and left knowing more than I imagined. The game is cool and the artwork done on some of the pieces are phenomenal. I was interested right away in learning more. I've never been into these kind of games cuase I didn't know anyone that would play them, but here there is a nice community of players to have fun with. If you are into these types of games then stop by and paint your own piece.

Some of the nicest staff you'll ever meet. They make the hobby fun and accessible for beginners. The drink bar is also great!

Great store and amazing staff, Cole and Brandon have helped me through every step of my Warhammer journey, from picking an army and even playing a full on tutorial game with me. Been lots of fun so far!

There was this guy named Brandon I think who worked there he is very nice guy. Explained everything to me and when I do come back I really want to meet that guy again so that he can show me around more 5 star love this store it's really great

EVERY single young fella there today were sosososo helpful and courteous. Me and my bf went in. I don't know a damn thing about WH but my bf does. He got to do a free Minifigure painting. We looked at so many cool army figures painted by the employees. I ended up buying a dwarf set for myself.

Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Good for those interested in Warhammer or already experienced.

This store is really cool lots of awesome visuals around statues, props, etc... If you like warhammmer this place is definitely worth visiting for the cool stuff that they have around. The employees are really nice and helpful and will answer any questions you have or just help with anything you need. There's also a cafe part that has some really good stuff they baked goods are so good and the drinks too. If you play warhammer they also have some nice tables and terrain again I highly recommend this place.

Awesome staff who love the game as much as they love sharing it with the world. I have been here multiple times times now, and I always have a great time.

If you are even remotely interested in Warhammer, this is the place to start. They will give you a simple tour of the game, have you assemble and paint your fist mini (spoiler: you get to keep it!), and generally treat you to a great time. Plus, the cafe part is really good!

Fantastic store, lots of options on what to buy and what armies to build. The Cafe is a nice touch and the larger layout makes it a lot easier to walk around and look at things without feeling rushed.

Every time I find myself driving through LA I stop in even if just for paints. The store is huge with a wide selection of everything Warhammer from models to paints, to books and everything in between. The staff is respectful, polite, and always interested in whatever project I'm working on.

I’m a new player and Shad the manager went way above and beyond to help me out and I will be forever grateful. Come check out the shop these guys are awesome! They even sell Forge World stuff! So cool.
