I never write reviews but I felt it necessary for this occasion. We have been going to the store for a couple of months and we found a couch that we really liked however they were sold out. After waiting for over a month one finally showed up and the manager Jen kept in the back and called us first before even putting it on the floor. We purchased the couch and couldn't be happier. The staff at the store is always friendly and welcoming and the manager Jen should get a raise for her over the top customer service great store we will shop there for as long as it is there.

I'm edited my first post to be more specific about how wonderful this store is. The staff is beyond friendly and I had an opportunity to meet the manager Monique, who is very professional, answered all my questions, and helped me with pricing. This store is an absolute gem, they literally have everything. And you always leave with more than you expected. (In a good way)

Who doesn't love discounts and clearance items? This place always have different items every time we come in. From toys, clothing, furniture, camping, yard supplies and seasonal items, etc.

It can be broken, missing things or just too many and it needs to be sold quick.

You find pretty good stuff (clothing, men/ women / kids ) unexpectedly , in reasonable price compared to other places.
However you to visit frequently to find required stuff.
Every day they get new stuff,which is neatly and systemically organized.

-Be aware some stuff especially is non returnable.
-Returning stuff within 14 days , with "Receipt" only.
- "Expired food stuff" is also sold here until 3 months after the expiration date. ( according to their info, from the Heroic associates).

This is one of my wife's favorite stores. I think they have five locations from Sacramento to Concord. They sell a lot of Costco returns - most in brand-new condition. We live several hours away, and always try to shop here when visiting the area.

This is the place for new pants or shorts.!! I got izod brand for 9.99. they fit perfectly. I am a 32-33 waist and these i got are 32. Worth the stop. If you need attire.

Love this store. Hi just follow on IG so you can get the best deals because some items are only discounted a little bit until they have the extra 50%off sales, which they post on their IG or FB page

Awesome a store so glad I chose to stop by so many great deals. Also I believe is the manager was very friendly and sweet she helped show me around the store and help me look for everything I needed!

I was able to get a hat there. Not really organized but definitely was able to find stuff. Most of the products are cheep but worth it. I would suggest this store to anyone.

Very nice place lots of option for furniture! I was really impressed with the manager I think her name was Jen she was very easy going and polite with me even as a senior citizen it’s very hard to find good help these days

These days it's costlier, costlier than the original prices of Costco.

Heroic mgmt has to note this point, before placing the price tag.

My son loves the all the toys they have have big bulks of diapers at a cheaper price than you would be paying in stores love shopping with them
