Bath & Body Works

There was a lot of help, staff there are so nice & helpful. I bought more things but below there's a couple. I love that store, I hope to try to get a job there.

Came in today when I was off running errands for my business that I own in Vacaville I receive the best customer service from Julia. She is a lifesaver. If she wasn’t a manager I would try to poach her to come work for me and I own a Barber Shop olol

I love them. They have really good quality products and good sales.

The employees were friendly and helpful, especially Teresa. Multiple employees provided assistance for purchasing gifts for Mother's Day.

I love all the candles. Cream and lotion are all good and smell perfect

I went in to grab some gifts this morning real quick. They were having a really good sale and I wanted to make sure everything I got was on sale. I went up to the registers and Jaden helped me out. She knew what was on sale before even ringing anything up. She is very sweet, knowledgeable, and made everything so smooth for me. She’s great!!

Absolutely love bath and body works! They've always had great customer service, greeted me every time I've gone in. Very good at recommending their products. They are very helpful and welcome. Every scent smells beautiful. Definitely recommend visiting bath and body works.

Great sales, wonderful products, the sales staff is very helpful. Online store is good for back up if the store is out of an item from a current fragrance. Always something new popping up. Been buying from them for 20+ years, yeah I think they're that good. ;)

Good deals and nice customer service

They are practicing social distancing guidelines for the county and state. They always have really good deals during their semi annual sales. I usually only go in during this time and stock up until the next sale happens. Rinse and repeat. The place is clean and the people are nice and helpful.

It was wonderful. The employees were just wonderful. Their smiles was great.

Shopping for things to make your house feel homey can be overwhelming but the ladies in the shop today were more than helpful. They let me meander and look around and when I needed help looking unfruity and light scents they steered me in the right direction. I appreciate not getting a hard sell. I walked away happy with my purchases and not buying anything that I will want to return. 100% satisfied.

The staff is always friendly, and they help ensure that I get all applicable discounts available!

I'm familiar with all of the Bath & Body Works stores in the Bay Area and beyond, and I can say this is easily one of the nicest and most organized. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I'm not gonna lie though; my favorite part is that you can park directly out front of the store rather than having to trudge through a huge shopping mall to get there and back.

Deborah was so helpful! I really love the fall scents and she pointed out all of the Spring scents that were similar like Spring Leaves and Praline Pecan. It would've taken me a while ,if I even tried, to find something I liked without giving up!! So I really appreciate her going out of the way and also making sure I got the best deals with my coupons and the deals they were offering.

Greeter was very helpful. She went over my coupons with me and let me know what I could use them on. The other associates checked in on me to make sure I was finding everything ok and suggested new products for me to try.

They have some of the best smells .. the lotion is top notch along with there hand soaps and fragrances..
