Kudos to Katie - she was magnificent! She went above and beyond to help get a package sent to the UPS hub in Oregon that was urgent. I recommend going to this location over the rest in Vacaville.

I have always had great customer service at this Store location. I had 1 gentleman try to tell me I needed a box and the item in it. I explained to him I pay for Amazone Prime, so I do not need to do anything except bring in the item and the QR code to scan and return. No box is required of me or packing, but I always pack it back up exactly how I received it to make it easier on them. No need to waste boxes and bags when they come with them. I get my receipt after they scan my return code off my phone and all is good. My total time in store is usually no more than 5 to 10 minutes. Thanks for you service.

There was a guy here has always been very nice helping customers every time I came by, 5⭐for him. However today he’s not there, one of the tall skinny lady was at the counter was so rude and attitude! I ended leaving the store instead of waiting for her help!

The sign on the door says open 8am to 6pm. I get there and it's closed at 2pm. No sign re: CLOSED CHRISTMAS EVE. NOTHING.

I had no problems with the service, they just didn't tell me that apart from paying for my shipping, they were also going to charge me at the time of delivery, so the shipping costs are very high and they still come with more charges.
I return to the store and there they can't do anything, they give me a phone number where the solution they gave me was that I had to pay or they will keep my package or it will be lost and if I request it again you have to pay to send it. I wouldn't care if it wasn't so much but they are charging me $2900 to deliver the package on top of what I paid to ship it, it's an exaggeration and theft.
