The Rock Source

The nicest people! Needed a couple DG samples for a small project and they were more than helpful. Their yard is the most beautiful rockery with a lot of rock and stone I've never seen before. Super cute, if I lived closer I'd bring my wife.

This place has everything you need and it's very conveniently located. The prices on materials are good, especially factoring in the convenience of the layout, the way they load you efficiently, they have everything you could ever need, and they even deliver. Friendly personal… outstanding prices and very big variety.

Moss Rock is 12 cents a pound unless a forklift is required. Then it more than doubles to 25 cents a pound. I suppose one could go and weigh each individual rock and make certain you're at or below 74 pounds per rock to avoid what feels like a punitive upcharge. I wish them luck but until that policy changes, I have to shop elsewhere. PS - I gave them 5 stars because they were pretty good in the past.

How pleasant to visit here--even if you have no landscaping plans. One can browse a small shop, chat with friendly staff about project ideas, or simply stroll and take in the lovely views (open to the public).
