Randomly saw the place from the street and decided to pop in. Very glad we did and got to meet Vic who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He also makes sure to recycle disposable Vape pens on his free time which isn't very common but more shops should be following his lead.

Went to this smoke shop to look at some glass, and I was indecisive with which bong to get. I was greeted by the owner who was very friendly, patient, and helpful. He made my customer experience a good one and was professional. If you are unsure about a product, he and his staff will educate you on the facts about them. This shop has a huge variety of options and I will be coming here for all of my smoking needs. I highly recommend checking it out!

The prices are slightly more than yours find online but pretty average for in person. Where this store really wins is in customer service the guy behind the counter was very informative, helpful and though trying to obviously seem didn't upsell the more expensive product just because he could. He gave good pros and cons between and let us decide after asking more questions. Once the desicion was made he verified we had the colors and flavors we wanted.

Let me tell you that the level of customer service far exceeds any that I have ever experienced. They have gone above and beyond to communicate what my needs as a customer are and done everything they needed to do to ensure my needs were met and then some . And with immediate results and with the best attitude .

The owner Vic is great. Brand new products all the time. Prices can’t be beat. My go to vape shop. 5 stars all the way. Be a regular customer and you’ll get deals. I made the mistake of going other places, won’t make that mistake again

Victor and his employees are amazingly friendly. It is my go to place to purchase cigs and buy lotto and purchase scratchers. Today I left my Debit card on the counter. Went to another store and kinda freaked. Went home and called the store and Victor said I had left it on the counter. The person that came in behind me let him know. He sai he looked for my phone number as I had lost something awhile back and said if they find call me. He couldn't find my number. Said he knew I would be back. Great customer service.

Last time I was in Vacaville I needed a new ecig so I visited Smoke Division after checking reviews. I was greeted there by one of the best customer service experiences I have had to date at ANY Vape shop. I picked up a great little new mod and some Salt that was a dessert flavor that I actually really liked...and the owner went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me find a salt that wasn't FRUIT...everyone likes fruit flavors.. everyone but me...I appreciated the time that was taken to make sure I was satisfied when leaving the shop. It wil definitely be my GO TO vape store when I'm in Vacaville (oh hey...Im here in Vacaville RIGHT NOW....OMW to Smoke Division ... I wonder if 1000 layer cake sounds familiar 😉lol)
