Washington Regional Urgent Care - Fayetteville (Crossover Rd.)

Great experience with David Young. Knowledgeable, friendly, thorough. Office staff was pleasant and responsive. Only complaint is with Solv, the scheduling & update app. It is not functional. It does not give you updates about who's in line ahead of you, either walk-ins or appointments. Would definitely return, especially if David is on duty.

This may come off as corny but I'm really sincere when I say that this may be the best visit to an Urgent care ever. Normally I am terrified of these places. Very easy to check in. Jaimie at the front desk greeted me and told me they would get me right in. And they did! Rebecca took my blood pressure and offered me a water. This was a pleasant surprise.(I was parched from being nervous) Dr. David came in and was super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was in and out within a half hour and on with my busy day. This really is a fantastic team. This is how health care SHOULD BE. Usually the staff in most Urgent care facilities are paycheck players. These people care.

I have been to several urgent care clinics in the last few years with myself or my elderly father. This clinic was by far the best. The receptionist was so welcoming and funny. The nurse was so kind and engaging. The APN was very knowledgeable and helpful. They were busy but I could see why. People want to come back there. 5 stars!!

I had a short wait time, and was pleased that there was minimal paperwork. The nurse and then the doctor were both very professional, and they listened well. I would return without hesitation.

This location never fails to treat their patients exceptionally well. Dr David Young is especially kinda and can even make you laugh when you’re feeling crummy. I’ve never had a bad experience here, everyone from the front desk to the nurses are great and I will continue to come to this location as necessary. Thank you so much for the great care!

Wonderful staff. The nurse and the front desk treated us like old friends from the moment we walked in. The doctor was very nice and explained everything to my wife and I throughly. Hate that I had to be there but so happy they were the ones there for me.

Excellent care on short notice from me. I had a cat bite on my hand and it was swelling up quickly. They got me in very quickly and I am finishing off the antibiotics and doing well. The whole staff worked like clock work to get me in, fixed up as they brought in new patients in need. The place is super clean and I know art does not something most would notice but I did. There was fine Giclee prints on the walls that really perked up the place and calmed me to a new place I had never been before. Great nurse and staff, I highly thank and recommend them.

I love coming here! USUALLY a quick in and out experience- and tonight was no different! I was in and out in less than 45 minutes! Dr Young is always very friendly. The front desk lady was a sweetheart- and Nurse Rebecca was great and so kind as well! ❤

I hate to be sick but when I am I love going here and thankful we have you close. Rebecca is the sweetest nurse ever and David the best doctor. I can always count on them to make me feel better.

I made an appointment with COVID symptoms even though I have had every shot timely. The office was completely full and my appointment was an hour late. However, the service was excellent, professional, and efficient.
I did test positive and was prescribed LAGEVRIO. Thanks for the care.

I came to this clinic and was happily greeted by the officer manager, Jamie. Rebecca then performed the triage and diagnostic testing, followed by David Young, NP. I am exceptionally pleased with the efficiency, detailed assessment, and treatment plan by this team! Thank you for the wonderful service today! I highly recommend this clinic in Fayetteville.

Great and polite "hometowns stile" services from all (from Receptionist to the Medical staff).

They were busy so a little wait. But, looking forward to getting better after her examination and diagnosis.

She called in the prescription immediately. Was ready at the pharmacy when we got there. Now time for it to work

Service was excellent. Didn’t have to wait long. The whole staff makes my dad feel that they want to help him. They are a good team of professionals.

We have been here twice for our son's. They aver very nice and we are quickly seen. Dr is very nice and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend this pace if you need an urgent care clinic.

Dr. Allison is one of the sweetest and kindest doctors I have ever met. She is very knowledgeable, but she also takes her time to actually LISTEN to you. I highly recommend this place solely based off her care alone.

Every visit we have had to this clinic has been great and today was no exception. Sonia our med tech was professional and compassionate and Alison our Nurse Practitioner was as well plus she gave us several practical recommendations. The Office Manager was also helpful. Highly recommend this practice.

The staff was pleasant and apologetic for the wait before being seen. I had made an appointment at 1pm but didn’t get seen until almost 3 pm. Everyone was busy and efficient. When I need urgent care, I will definitely use this clinic.

Quick to get in! Had a little bit of a wait while there but to be expected. Very thorough. Dr David didn’t mess around gave me something that would actually work.
I see a Dr about once every three years but if I need to I’ll go here.

I was so happy to be able to walk into this medical clinic without an appointment and be able to see a health professional quickly. Everyone was very helpful and nice. I never felt hurried, and everyone took time to give me time to talk about my medical issues and to answer my questions. Plus, they’re close to my house. Thanks folks, I’ll definitely use you again.

The staff were all very kind and helpful. Soma took my X-rays and was so carefully and professional. David the APN explained everything and they made sure I knew what to do. I was in and out in about an hour.
