in light of recent reviews, i must say i have had a totally different experience. had emergency issues in january, they seen me same day, ended up needing a root canal, but the service i got was perfect and recommend anyone to come here. never been rescheduled, but sometimes, as professionals in a professional setting, rescheduling is a common occurrence that we experience, especially considering today's problems we all deal with daily

Went in for an extraction, but they convinced me to save the tooth! had to have a root canal which they were able to coordinate with an endodontics office locally, and after that, I came back to Summit Woods for the final filling. Whole process took about three weeks and the pain never came back after the first visit and round of antibiotics. They also put together a treatment plan for future visits and were even able to give me an estimate and plan for total dental restoration! 10/10 Thank You

I had an amazing experience at the Summit Woods Dental office. Dr. Kelley and hygienist Mindy worked seamlessly together! They made sure I was comfortable at all times while getting a filling fixed. I expressed some discomfort and he gave me another numbing shot. I also received a call a few days later from Dr. Kelley to ensure there were no issues. I was very impressed with how my tooth looked afterwards. Very pleased!!

I had a wonderful experience at this dentist office. All the staff were kind, caring and welcoming. Barb did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Lefeber was very thorough and took time to explain things as well as answer any questions I may have had. Lena at the front desk was also super helpful, friendly and open/honest about cost of treatment and such. Great job team!

My dental experience today was very pleasant. The hygienist, Loni, instantly made me feel at ease starting with her warm greeting. And, her genuine care for my teeth was evident throughout my cleaning. My exam was also very thorough as well as informative as Dr. L took the time to explain how a previously injured tooth was healing. I was able to ask all my questions and my concerns were addressed with the utmost patience by Dr. L., and Loni. They are certainly passionate about caring for teeth. The receptionist also greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home! What a great staff! Thank you to all of you!

The dental hygienist that I saw and dentist were very friendly and skilled. They are very patient and accommodating with my anxiety issues when many medical professionals cannot tolerate these types of limitations. I trust them completely with my care. They are compassionate and understanding. Quality and knowledge of care and everything described above deserves a 5 star rating.

I absolutely love the staff at this dentist office, everyone does a great job from the receptionist to the dentist. The dental hygienist made me feel comfortable with easy going conversation. I felt the dentist listened to my minor concerns and the recommendations were great. I would highly recommend anyone in the Jackson area looking for a dentist home to schedule an appointment!

I have been a patient here for about 7 years. They are always on time, and routine dental exam takes about 40 minutes. The staff is very nice and friendly, the building is very clean and modern. They have large windows in exam area and occasionally you see a squirrel come to the feeders, which keeps things fun. Not everyone likes going to the dentist, but for when you do go, I recommend going to Dr. Powers!

I love summit wood dental the office staff are very nice and friendly always helpful in letting you know you’re up front coast before starting which helps so much! I’ve always been afraid of the dentist after having a few bad ones but the dental assistants and doc makes you feel so at ease very professional. The doc has fixed 3 of my teeth and seriously couldn’t be happier!

This was my first visit to the office. The office was nice, the team was professional and Dr Powers was insightful regarding a problem I am having and took time to spend with me. My hygienist was engaging and very thoughtful, giving me tips on how to improve my oral/dental health. Overall a very positive experience and a place I will continue to go to.

The staff is kind and friendly. Hands down the most pleasant dental experience I’ve ever had. I dreaded going to the dentist but after today, I think they will be pleasant!

Lisa has been my hygienist for many years. She is very good at what she does and is a valuable asset to Dr. Power’s practice. Lisa, Dr. Powers and the desk staff are incredible. These people are the reason I remain their patient. Keep up the fantastic work and many thanks for your services.

Absolutely love going here, everyone is always so friendly! Plus they are amazing with kids! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist for the entire family. I don’t have anything bad to say about summit woods, they are wonderful!

The whole staff is just terrific. They put u at ease. Dr Powers has always been very thorough at complete. I saw Dr J this time and he was great. Hannah was my hygienist and did a great job. Very easy to talk to and a super nice lady. I would recommend this dental office hands down. And one of the best things is there so many Michigan State Spartan fans there. Go Green!

I love Summit Woods Dental. Their hygienists are great and gentle too. The Dentist is knowledgeable, explains all treatment options available, his recommendations and reasoning for his recommendations. I personally prefer that style of care. I really appreciate the appointment text reminders and highly recommend the facility for your dental care.

My 3 year old went in for his first cleaning. He is very shy and was nervous about going to the dentist. The staff is so friendly from the moment you walk in the door. The hygienist took her time explaining things to him in a way he would understand and even got him to laugh (Shout out to Hannah)! He said he can’t wait to go back.

This is a fantastic team! They have all the latest technology with a laid back welcoming atmosphere. The staff is the best!! I have never felt so appreciative for a doctor's staff before. The woman who handles the billing is awesome and Dr Beredo is amazing with my 6 year old daughter! I have had problems with other dentists not being able to fit me in for a follow up filling after a cleaning for months down the line. Not a problem with Summit Woods. They don't over schedule and they leave room for emergencies and always get us in in a very timely fashion. My step kids were going to another dentist and I just switched them. My step son likes it a lot more than the other place that wasn't even digital and over booked. I highly recommend Dr Powers and Dr Beredo! Very happy!!

My whole family goes here and I recommend it to all my friends! Such a great office, from the staff to doctors. I’m always so impressed with the girls, they make my son feel comfortable during his check ups!

It's been a long time since I've been to the dentist and it makes me very nervous. But everyone there was very nice. And welcoming. They were very understanding about me being nervous. And Kelly was amazing!! Thanks for taking pictures of my teeth lol
