TJ's Restaurant and Drinkery

I love fried chicken and waffles and when I travel South it’s always a mission for me to find the best. This was the #1 of my travels and it’s practically in my Malvern backyard and not in the South! My friend and I split the sandwich today with the amazing cornbread waffles, fried chicken and the candied jalapeños and I was in heaven!!! Also all the food I saw looked amazing- onion soup, chili, burgers- Thank you. During lunch only the bar is open but the restaurant looked like a better atmosphere for dinner and I’ll be back as a regular for this treat. People also recommend fish and chips here- maybe next time.

I have recently gotten take out food and I almost never take the time to write reviews. I felt compelled to as I’ve been extremely pleased with their food. The portion sizes are amazing, we love the variety of food for our family of 4, and the food always taste amazing and good quality. I’m just asking myself why don’t I order more often. I highly recommend dining in or take out.

Nice pub atmosphere, delicious hamburgers, French Onion Soup. LOVED the sweet potato fries! The waitress was attentive and efficient! Definitely will be back when I'm in the area.

We really enjoy this place. Good food and they take their beer list seriously. They also have acoustic music on Saturdays which is a plus.
I was hungry for dinner but my wife only wanted a snack. They were kind enough to give her a half size of chips and guac instead of the full appetizer. I had the blackened chicken sandwich, which was very good on a fresh toasted ciabatta roll. Last time I was there I had the chicken and waffles dinner and I stuffed myself with them cuz I couldn't stop.

Second time eating in and the food, drinks, and service were all exemplary. The side Cesar salad that we opted for instead of the fries was huge. The fried chicken and waffle sandwich is absolute killer. The mushroom burger was incredibly tasty, each part of the burger was high quality. The kids fish and chips was actual a really big portion.
Tons of beers to choose from. The staff was super friendly. Easy parking. Very kid friendly.
The high chair was missing screws and the soap in the bathroom needed refill. Otherwise we can’t wait to go back!!

This is the best place to have comfort food! The burgers were delicious and served hot! Amazing portion sizes. You have to try it ! Service was impeccable and very friendly. Going every week and for take out!

Fantastic craft beer selection. Food is always good too. A little overpriced is the only drawback. Service is usually good though it gets very crowded at popular times.

Huge beer selection and lots of food options too. The Brussel sprouts were my absolute favorite. Excellent service.

Damn tasty food! Try the braised short rib. The atmosphere is pretty cool. Don't order the guacamole unless you have friends. Seriously, unless you want chips and avocado for dinner... It's a lot.

Great place for beer! They have an awesome selection. Every time I go they have a fresh menu.

Why did we wait so long to try this place?! It was a phenomenal night for eating outside.

We ordered the Frosé and the Painkiller to start. The Frosé was perfectly balanced and not too sweet. The Painkiller was strong and flavorful.

For dinner we ordered the Apple Chicken Salad and the Ultimate Fried Chicken Wrap. There was no shortage of flavor in the salad. There were plenty of apples and the blue cheese crumbles were great! My boyfriend has not stopped talking about how good the chicken wrap is. He said the chicken was crispy and the whole wrap was so flavorful.

They had a great selection of drinks and we can’t wait to return!

I’ve been here a few times now. The nachos are amazing. Food I’ve tried so far has been really good. The bartender is a gem and very kind and accommodating. This is very much a local place but don’t let that scare you from coming by. Good food, good drink, good pours and honestly the price is great for liquor. I’ve made it a part of my routine when I work in this area. Gotta try TJs!

Cozy and familiar place to eat, drink and hang out. Various rooms, always open, good food and very nice personnel.

Beer menu looked great even though I didn’t get any. The menu was packed with good options. I ended getting a burger and it was one of he best I’ve ever had.

Found this entirely thanks to Google Maps. Absolutely loved it!! Deserves a higher rating overall. Service was unbelievable. Scott the bartender is great, knowledge, personable, and fun as hell. Locals and crowd in general are all super welcoming. Food was very good. Try the Mac & cheese! Best of all, the beer list is amazing!! Local beer, national beer, and several from Europe.

A pub that is a step above. The beer selection is fantastic. They have standard pub fare and some additional items that are very good. My favorites are the Tomato Soup, Falafel Salad, and BLTC&E - Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Cheese, and Egg.

Amazing food, great beer selection, friendly and helpful staff. If you don't order the Chipotle chicken Mac and cheese and/or the hangover burger, you're dead inside. I maintain to this day the hangover burger is the best burger I've ever eaten.

Had a delicious meal here tonight. Service was great, food was great, and they have a good beer selection.

TJs has such a great menu. We created a new selection - Bills special - the fish & chips but swapped out regular fries w poutine fries. Get you some!!!! 😋
