Denise Jackson in the pharmacy is amazing! Her knowledge base, her energy, her positive spirit and helpful personality are wonderful to witness. I’m thankful that this pharmacy is open on Sundays and I was able to get my med so quickly. I wish the phone system prompts were more helpful when you call the store, but it worked out for me because it forced me to physically come to the store, and then I got to meet Denise 😊

Lori and Jeff were incredible, they followed up a second time with CVS, whose fax was late, at the end of the day, so they called last minute to obtain a transfer of amoxicillin for my child’s ear infection, who had a fever for days, and before which the urgent care visit we realized it was an infection, and this helped so much. So thankful!!!

The pharmacy staff is knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The only problems have been the overall corporate computer system that interfaces the nationwide Walgreen’s pharmacy and the various insurance plans. This Walgreen's store, and pharmacy provide excellent service. The general Walgreen’s website provides specific contact information for Walgreen’s overall pharmacy system.

This store deserves 5 stars. It is, after all, a local pharmacy.

Store management is the best. Store manager, Jimmy, helped my wife with photo problems way above the call of duty. Really hard to find this type of hard work, care and dedication. it has made us and our friends loyal to this Walgreens location.

Okay drug store, hard to get to

Note that pharmacy hours have changed, they do not open till 9. It’s soooo tough this info is wrong as it wastes so many peoples time! Such a bummer. In general great pharmacy.

It's a drug store. The loud "Welcome to Walgreens" from cashier as soon as you enter is. annoying. One cashier even blesses you on way out.. I avoid going there for that reason alone. Management needs to reconsider. Maybe it appeals to very lonely elderly people, but I'm just there to shop and get back home, not engage in corporate mandated niceties with cashier.

Very disappointed with my husband's experience in trying to get the Shingrix shot. I know it is in short supply and demand is backed up. I had tried several places and was told not available. When I called Walgreens in Paoli (Monday evening, 7/24/18) the young lady (by her voice) who answered the phone assured me that the Shingrix vaccine was in stock. I then made an appointment online for my husband specifically for Shingrix (which was a specific option on the menu). He got a confirmation e-mail and headed over early for the appointment this morning.
Guess what -- not in stock! Despite having double-checked.

I can understand the scarcity of the item, but there should be better consistency between what customers are told either over the phone or online, and the reality. This experience was a waste of time for our family. :(

Store is spacious, but mostly empty space and poorly stocked. The cashiers are very odd, unpleasant interactions.

The lady working at the pharmacy at 3:00pm on 9/23/22 was shouting the names of medications in front of everyone waiting behind me in line. She also made me repeat what I was there to pick up multiple times. So unprofessional and probably a HIPPA violation.

Horrible experience with pharmacy. Scheduled appointment for my 80 year old parents for booster COVID vaccine. Parents visiting from California didn't have their vaccine cards with them. Provided pharmacy with insurance information but they refused to give them booster just because they didn't have original vaccine cards. We offered to give them dates of the vaccines. And this after incidentally first 2 initial Pfizer doses for my parents were at Walgreens Philadelphia. By the way no one else was there in the pharmacy at that time on a Sunday afternoon. Pathetic. Never going back to Walgreens again. I have had vaccines for othe members of my household at CVS and Rit Aid no one ever made such a flimsy excuse to not administer the COVID booster.

If you like sitting on hold and never being helped this is the pharmacy for you.

Horrible people, horrible service, literally wouldn’t partially fill a prescription for a sick 5 year old because they “don’t feel like having to talk to insurance to fill the rest later” so now a sick 5 year old has to spend another day without medicine because they don’t want to make a phone call

5:25 on Monday, November 21st, hours say pharmacy is open till 6:00. However, it's closed and I can't get start my antibiotics till tomorrow.
