The ladies at the front desk have always been nothing short of super helpful, and nice to me. They explain anything I might have an issue understanding.

It's like the blind leading the blind down there they cut my husband my daughter and myself cut us off insurance and that's the only assistance we get there saying I didn't turn n my paperwork they asked for and I had copies that said scanned successfully so I had to turn it in again and now it's a waiting game so I had to cancel my pain management appointment cancel my lung specialist appointment and my daughter has autism and I had to cancel her park center appointment and her appointment with her pediatrician now she can't get her medication and I have lupus and my medication keeps me alive and we can't get our medicine or c our doctors all because they lost our paperwork now we have to wait until they fix it

Called to get information and was connected with the wrong county so they could not help and would not transfer me to someone in my county. They said to just keep calling. What a waste of time

A important document got put into the wrong case file which caused us to lose insurance. And they definitely aren't being to quick about turning it back on. Also are not very welcoming when you come in.
