Crimson House Cafe

Upgrading this from the five stars all around. The food is great, the house coffee is good, and it's one of the best little places for atmosphere that I have seen around. I have the Jefferson Street, breakfast sandwich and for five bucks this is really great deal. You can also add extra meat to it if you'd like. Great food and coffee. This nice little place was a great place to meet a friend. I would love to go back and try some of the other food.😁😁

This local coffee cafe is such an excellent place to come and enjoy friends and loved ones. I've had one of, if not the best, date I've ever had here at the crimson house. Beautiful food and a welcoming atmosphere is what you'll experience here. Plenty of room to sit and it has very secluded seating so you can feel right at home. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!

I'm not even sure where to start on this review; I have been to plenty of places that seem to set the bar on certain things, it is however rare that I encounter a place that sets the bar in all areas, and exceeds all expectations. Crimson House Cafe is simply magical. As a random person on a road trip from Georgia, I was greeted and treated like I was a local, it felt genuine and natural. Then my food came (jalapeno quiche, and a Jefferson Street sandwich) and the wonderful experience continued. I highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone, a wonderful experience not to be missed. Crimson House, thank you, truly.

Just moved to town and needed coffee. Drove past the location at first, not realizing it was a house. Sure am glad we turned around and tried again. AMAZING food and really good coffee!! Will definitely be a go to location for us!!

The atmosphere is great inside, and there's a good amount of parking. The service was excellent and quick. I loved the avocado blt! They also have baked goods with some gluten free options. Also good selection of teas, coffees and other yummy drinks. Good healthy options including salads. They're open until 4pm weekdays and 1pm on Sunday. I think they're closed Sunday. Great little place in Ossian.

Tasty casual food (soups, sandwiches, salads) in a cozy atmosphere. They’re really attentive, coffee is great and food comes out fast. The parking lot is in the back. It’s easy to miss so watch for it.

A warm and cozy place to meet up with a friend. The Chai latte was good. Good variety of teas and coffee.

One of the best coffee places i’ve visited. I love the interior of this place. 15 miles from fortwayne( the place i live). Wanted to try this place after ive seen such good reviews. People working there were so polite and the place s so calm. I would recommend this place 100%.

I just get a black coffee. I found out it was the campfire blend. It was the absolute best cup of coffee I've ever had. It was so good I ordered some for home. Not only is the coffee good but the staff is always so friendly and happy to see you. Love this place! Keep up the good work!

This business has given new life to downtown Ossian and I very much look forward to it's continued success!

What a charming coffeehouse! The food was delicious and the atmosphere so inviting. Clean, spacious, beautifully decorated. We had the avocado BLT. So many great options. If you go - do not leave without getting a cold brew float! Possibly the best coffee drink/dessert I have ever enjoyed. Seriously. Do yourself a favor and get one as often as you can. 🙂. What a great place on soooo many levels! Found it when looking for a halfway meeting point for my Oh friend and I. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. Coffees and teas were great, lunch items were so tasty and the sampler dessert plate we put together finished off our visit quite nicely! We actually were so welcomed and relaxed the majority of our day was spent outside on their porch visiting accented with numerous trips inside for food and drink tasting. Thank you, Crimson House for making our day so enjoyable❤ We will definitely return.
FYI: we met up here again a few weeks later, had wonderful coffee & tea drinks before venturing out to neighboring areas.

I drive from Fort Wayne just to eat here! There's nowhere in Fort Wayne that offers a menu as broad as Crimson house does. Always multiple baked goods and quiches to choose from, and extensive syrup options for lattes! Worth the drive. :)

Initially, we drove right past it, as the GPS took us to the front door. The trick is you need to drive past the front and go around back, as that is where parking and the drive through are located. Service was fast and friendly, and the coffee was was enjoyable.

Truly a pleasant and positive experience. I walk in for a coffee having never been and I am greeted with a warm smile and a prompt greeting. They answer my questions and provide suggestions, then I try the house coffee and it did not disappoint.

Local business, locally roasted, and all around a clean quiet comfortable atmosphere. This is what a coffee house Cafe should exemplify. Stop wasting your money on Starbucks which is the bane of local coffee. Start helping local businesses bring back that old Town feel and service we need so much.

10/10 for service, quality food and drinks, and clean and comfortable interior. I will be back!

This Cafe is a hidden little gem. It has a convenient drive thru, but if you are not in a hurry go inside. It is cute and the staff are super nice. I recommend the avocado BLT made with Ossian bacon. I now buy Ossian bacon every chance I get because of my Crimson House experience. Best bacon in NE Indiana for sure!

My husband and I absolutely love Crimson House! I think we’ve had everything on the food menu and all have been delicious! Also, it’s a good thing summer is over because we would get stuck stopping by for their tasty ice cream treats more often than we should lol.
Drinks are spectacular too! My only complaint is they close before we get off of work (which might be a good thing or else we’d be in trouble!). Thank you CH for never disappointing!

My husband and I are in town from Indianapolis visiting family and stopped in for breakfast this morning. What an unexpected surprise! The Crimson House is charming and intimate; the food is delicious; the service is excellent. I’ve already text my sisters to tell them to check it out the next time they are here. We will be back!
