Always have the parts I need and if they don't they are eager to order exactly what I do need. No deposit either on orders. The Bluffton store is my favorite because they will specially mix whatever automotive paint u need to match your color

DJ changed the battery in my car. He was very nice! Would go back again!

We purchased a Jeep for our son; we didn't have a schematic book for our relays and fuses and the gentleman, Kyle, was super nice and was able to print us a schematic plan and help us get the correct relay. He actually knew what he was talking about and did it with a smile! We will definitely go back for help on future auto projects!!

Another service man was installing a battery 4 a couple. It was so cold out that the girl working had him come in when he was done & she changed my wipers. So sweet !

Great service at Bluffton and Berne IN. In Bluffton, they were very helpful in finding us the parts we needed at the best price, having the parts sent from their hub to the Berne store--the same day. When the parts didn't arrive at the Berne store at the time we were expecting, we went to a local restaurant to wait. Within a few minutes, someone from O'Reilly's walked in and handed us our parts. Unexpected! Great job.

My battery light came on just outside of Bluffton when it stalled. Bought battery. Light didn't go out. They did an alternator check. It was going bad. Very helpful!!!
