Best sugar cookies and sugar cream pie around! My hubby stops every time he comes south on hwy 1 for work. So good.

My significant other grew up in this area. We had concerns about the business because the family sold it three years ago. Still as tasty as ever.

We rolled in on a Saturday afternoon and they still had a great selection of donuts and other tasty bits. Customer service was wonderful.

Excellent food Excellent staff working. Those girls had a line and we was at the end but they know what there doing and had us out in 5 mins. They knew what to recommend and it was delicious. you girls are hard working and very calm waiting on each person when they don't know what they want I seen you never made anyone feel rushed and always had a smile.

Heading up to Fort Wayne from Indy and was only taking backroads. We randomly came across this lovely bakery that you could tell has been a staple to this community for a very long time. The staff was really friendly and most importantly the desserts were amazing.

Best pastries around. Donuts and pies as well as cupcakes, cookies and more. Always worth the drive.

Ok so driving by the cool architecture and cases of donuts stand out. Kinda reminds you of a drive in. The cinnamon yeast donut was delicious and so were the samples they had out. Friendly staff. Great prices.

This is a 'must stop' on our regular trips across Indiana. Amazing apple fritters and filled donuts. I usually get a large box of goods to bring home to everyone's delight. So glad we found them, and though I wish I was local to them, probably best for my waistline that they aren't. Always been a very positive experience.

Most amazing bakery! And the owners are the sweetest! Gary even made a cake for my son! Everything from here tastes absolutely amazing! I highly recommend visiting!

This stop wasn’t in the plans for the day. After spotting them as we drove by, we turned around to go in. Reminded me of the old-time bakery I so fondly remember as a child. What a wonderful bakery. It was after noon and there will still many choices available. We chose four different options knowing we would not be eating them until the next day. 24 hours later and they were still fresh and delicious. So thankful we stopped. Lots of choices, clean, friendly staff and reasonably priced. So thankful we found you. God bless you and your business.

Traveling to Bluffton, Indiana from Northern Michigan to visit friends and drove by this lovely bakery. Stopped by near the end of the day. Staff was friendly and polite. I would recommend getting there early if you want all the options - but they still had several dozen to choose from. Delicious and reasonably priced. I definitely hope to be back some day!

This is a spectacular local bakery. We loved the filled yeast donuts the best. The coffee was better than expected but no fresh cream. Lovely place to stop. Ps. The counter service was kind and caring. As tourists we wanted recommendations which helped us buy a better variety. Thank you for your terrific donuts.

This place has the best nut subs around. IYKYK. You better get in there fast though because they sell out fast. By the end of the day they hardly have anything left. At least you know everyday they make them fresh. They also always have items available besides doughnuts. Like cakes, pies, cookies, bread, cupcakes, etc. Last time they had Spider-Man themed cupcakes. So clearly we got one. It had a spiderman head ring on it. And it was like only $1! Great prices. Great people. And great food.

As a former Fort Wayne resident I agree with all the five star reviews. There is NO where in the nation like Heyerly's Bakery!!! For all who travel, do not believe bakery reviews in Florida. The only Cinnamon Fry comparable to Heyerly's is at Publix Grocery!
